Amazing investments and it feels like we are just days from something new, right got to get on instead of spending time here daydreaming, can do all that for real soon.
Believe even more after this mornings e-mail from IFC, didn't say anything but gives me great hope that we are indeed on the home straight with DA

When you see how long TM have been around and then see the progress at TM since Tern (OK then AS) have been involved then this is good publicity to put on the sales patter when trying to sign new investments. Only to be completed once DA has been sold though

The valuation of TERN is all down to DA Keyscaler in the short term imho.

Is it going to be valued at a cutting edge US technology must have price or retail flat-pack price?

Wyld Networks believes the Wyld Connect Satellite IoT solution, when coupled with its satellite partner's proposed deployment of a low earth orbiting satellite constellation to provide global coverage, can play a significant part in enabling data connectivity in remote areas. According to McKinsey & Company*, agriculture is in the early days of yet another revolution, at the heart of which lie data and connectivity. Artificial intelligence, analytics, connected sensors, and other emerging technologies could further increase yields, improve the efficiency of water and other inputs, and build sustainability and resilience across crop cultivation and animal husbandry. However without a solid connectivity infrastructure, none of this is going to be possible.

According to McKinsey, if connectivity is implemented successfully in agriculture, the industry could add US$500 billion in additional value to global gross domestic product by 2030, with Latin America alone representing US$64 billion.

Wyld Networks is also pleased to report that Ascom's plans to launch Wyld Mesh and Wyld Connect into the enterprise market, consisting of retail, hospitality and other venues, are being executed as anticipated by Wyld Networks' management.

Good news keeps on coming then and amazingly we still have a net sell position of 57k for today and yesterday, not for much longer I wouldn't have thought.
Is there a link for that SW or is it an assumption from Ascom stating that they will be embedding Wyld throughout the product line

Wyld is being embedded into Myco 3 I think so any deals that involve that handset will probably have a chance to use wyld technology as well ?

Ascom wins substantial distribution
agreement in the US with Primary
Systems
Ascom secured a master distribution agreement in the US with its
distribution partner Primary Systems to provide the purpose-built
Ascom Myco 3 DECT smartphone to the US market. The framework
contract concluded in December 2020 includes a binding
commitment over several million CHF.
The master distribution agreement is set for a duration of four years
during which Ascom will deliver 8,000 Ascom Myco 3 DECT
smartphones to Primary Systems, based in Missouri. Primary Systems
will then resell the devices to end-customers in Healthcare and
Enterprise sectors like retail and manufacturing.

I had heard that the FVR contract had been signed last week so was expecting that it would have been announced last week as I stated here but better late than never. Once again existing client getting another contract, they must really like the product

A posting from "antelope" over on LSE provides a differing perspective:-

"I'm thinking that perhaps Tern should list on the US OTC and in Germany, and abandon the AIM. The fact that people are selling here suggests to me that most AIM punters are just that - mere punters and chart followers - and they understand neither the technology nor the great value that's here. Perhaps they don't understand what SAAS is and its implications for the timing of revenues. Whatever, I'm sure we could do better elsewhere.

The RNS makes it clear. There are no placings coming and further external funding of investees is imminent. DA are high flying with the biggest in the world. And all investees are firmly positioned on exponential growth paths in what are emerging sectors of the future.... cyber security, AI, and VR and remote working. Seriously, what's not to like here?"

Whilst the TERN share price is acting,as per usual,in a contrary fashion following the excellent and intriguing update,I nevertheless fail to see how it is not going to power ahead in the short term(say four weeks).

Net sells of 116k from today and yesterday, the last of the bargains going soon, seems we have very capable people in charge at TM and so much happening another portfolio update within a month. Once again developments which could have required their own RNS all neatly packaged
