I just wish to say that I am very pleased with my investment here. Cracking investee companies, global big hitters. I am also pleased with the management, including Al Sisto. Trolls come in many shapes and sizes. Just a little more patience and we will have our world-beating exits. We don't need ridiculous comments, TAG or anything else.

All we need to do is SIT TIGHT and relax. It will come to us - and soon!!

Don't post often plenty better than me at it! But from where I am sitting I see a company with a MCAP of £25m, and at least one company worth multiples of that, so
just because it is not reflected in the share price YET, it will once we have a chunk of money come into the DA coffers.

Like many here have built a nice holding and like many have traded in and out on the way to increase that holding, so could quite easily sell 300k and invest elsewhere and come back, and while that 300k was sitting elsewhere would not be too concerned if an RNS came out causing a surge, as my remaining holding would benefit nicely.

Feel we are a lot closer to this, as the Company have stated things are on the up!

I think you have to see Keyscaler as the ONLY platform that Azure Sphere wants to embrace publically for the bits it can't do (No webinar in 2020 with any other competitor of DA). Remember Azure Sphere just manufacture the IoT device (and send out OS patches and software updates). If a hospital then needs device life cycle management then Azure Sphere are saying: ask James (DA)

It's that simple.

And - for Azure Sphere - it becomes urgent.

You need to formalize it (the bond with KS).

You risk DA saying we are going to join AWS, and dump you Microsoft.

And then Microsoft Azure Sphere has a customer eg a big hospital, saying I want to authorize a surgical robot, what do I do? And Azure Sphere saying we can't help.
Not so much one device but hundreds in a fleet, with decommissioning & recommissioning, PKI and TLS certificates all covered. Automated and with no human intervention, and zero-touch onboarding in seconds. The secret sauce .. the 'layer on top'.

Hard to put a price on that.....

The only essential fact here is that Microsoft is a trillion dollar company that needs to avoid a red-faced 'sorry we can't connect 5,000 or 10,000 devices and keep their crypto keys/tokens/certificates and credentials updated in an automated system, instead of doing all that manually (huge cost to the customers, plus big delays to production lines or patient's treatments).

Time is against them. Customers want answers now ....

Backs against the wall for MS.... Big loss of face otherwise. Maybe customers (2 years from now) will sue Azure for being incomplete, and being not fit for purpose (at scale), when devices get hacked, after unfinished manual updating. And hold MS partially responsible, due a product that can't scale?

What price KeyScaler? Instead of a secret sauce, sounds more like a much-requested 'wonder salve'....

Microsoft is huge, but don't forget that other huge players in IOT that are partnered with DA.

Ask yourself why they're partnered with DA - "the secret sauce" and "nobody can do what we do".

DA is going to be huge and make Tern a fortune.

Some of the biggest names Billions in market cap and turnover in IOT have chosen to sponsor , part take , speak ,share IOT security with a micro cap ... why would they do that if substantial value did not exist within Device Authority's platform.
From that perspective , makes Tern cheap as chips .

With each contract award TERN becomes more attractive to the big players in the IOT arena. Over the last 3 years that I have been holding, we have gone from great possibilities to the realisation of these possibilities in the form of alliances forged and contracts awarded. We know that the TERN bod were offered 50 Million for DA over 3 years ago. The value today will be several times this figure.

kcowe agree. Have you seen how many are out in force as they try a character assassination on Al Sisto. Total idiots even Mr piggy has jumped in the trough today. Clueless and orchestrated attack today. ASK YOURSELVES WHY?

I and many others remain very content with the progress and Tern will be the beneficiary of the exits. Who thought a little patience would be so difficult for so many. Last post today as I cannot tolerate ignorance and complete stupidity. Not directed at all.

sweepie, I don't think AS will be around forever, probably achieve a huge exit for DA (he has already stepped sideways here) and then pass the reigns on at Tern..

focus on the globals at DA and the need for a secure ecosystem, this bb is just noise..

I can remember when Leicester where 5000/1 to win the premiership. And at Christmas even though they were top of the table you could still get 100/1 on them, such was their record and going on previous history. Most know that Leicester went on to win the premiership. I could draw comparisons but I will just say keep your eyes on the prize fellow investors.

I have not blinked yet with this investment nor am I likely till I top slice when it reaches an all time high.;-)
