Soon, The Eye Hospital Rotterdam will start #gentherapie in patients with the rare condition 'Leber congenital amaurosis'. Because this is a new type of treatment, surgeons are currently being trained extra using virtual reality (VR). With a specially developed computer program and manual controls, the operation can be realistically simulated.

Retinal surgeon Koen van Overdam was the first ophthalmologist to completed the training. "During this training, I felt like I was really in an operating room. In addition, I was able to look through a microscope and perform the operation with instruments that I normally also use during an operation. This training ensures that my colleagues and I are as well prepared as possible for the first retinal operations with gene therapy that we will be performing soon.", says the ophthalmologist.

Riddlerone, any indication from AS that Tern were going down that IPO route would see a surge in the share price as investors positioned themselves to have a cheap route into a listed DA value.

AS did mention potentially using IPO’s to realise value in his investor presentation but it wasn’t specific. I also think FVR might be ready.

It does look like it will need an IPO, exit, major contract or a high net worth name taking a stake in Tern to ignite the share price. I would rule out a third party stake by a big name company in DA as it would deter competitors from using KeyScaler. An IPO or complete sale seems the more obvious route to highlighting or realising value.

There are clear signs that DA is going to be worth a fortune and some great research on here from several posters already flags that up. It just needs one of the above factors to bring that to the attention of the broader market.

Haven't seen much of Duxy recently. No harm commenting occasionally but can't help wondering why someone would spend so much time writing negative things on here if they don't have an interest in purchasing shares. I can't think of many other areas of life where people seems to spend so much time going on about things not relevant to them.

To be fair there are some rampers who go over the top too, fortunately not too much of them recently either.

Anyway, on a light note, I opened a fortune cookie after lunch as I had one left from a recent meal. The note inside said: Patience is a key to joy.
