On my side, now I cannot help looking at the story as a mixed bag.
I have always been a top-down investor and love the company's exposure to OW. I don't even mind their exposure to O&G as it comes from a low base.
But since the IPO the story always revolved around having a large competitive moat on their key product. By now, the importance of that product in total revenues is lower and the competitive environment is more fierce. Even if you believe in management when they say that Generation 10 will have the same gross margin, the reduction in ASP might result in lower revenue growth than many expect and cause many investors to question the equity story.
I also thought that the announced cost cuts were underwhelming.
Being a project business will not go away either and there will continue to be question marks about CF generation - and even about the BS availability to do more M&A without raising money.
Finally, frankly, I miss the former CEO's dynamic style.
On the other hand, this would be a very interesting asset for larger companies, such as Subsea 7 or Trelleborg. Hopefully current shareholders can one day enjoy a nice exit through a takeover.

It's a microcap, price goes up and down sharply on any imbalance in the book.

What are people's thoughts in the drop off in share price from recent 79p high to 66p now? Can't see that anything has changed since, presumably just the share price giving a little back?

Tekmar General Manager APAC today (Anglea Lock):
Tekmar Group plc Tekmar Energy It was my pleasure to have an one-to-one meeting with Her Majesty’s Ambassador, Caroline Wilson. We talked about how the UK government assisted British companies such as Tekmar Group to bring new technologies to Chinese Offshore Wind market, as well as how to protect the IPR. We also brainstormed how to help women develop leadership.

Good to see activity behind the scenes in China.

Harwood Capital LLP and oryx must be taking a massive hit, selling at this level, im glad I don't invest in them.

A few snippets:
- The company admits that competition is increasing but expects to be able to maintain Gross Margin. This should be valid even for Generation 10 of Teklink, which will have a lower ASP (efficiency gains shared with the client).
- One reason for increased competition is the LT increase of importance of Floating OW (relevant only after 2025). Because water depth for those projects is larger, the technology transferred by O&G-focused players, which was typically too expensive for the current lower depth projects, becomes more viable.
- The company is laying off 6% of headcount and taking out excess 25% capacity (allegedly with no impact if demand rebounds). Further integration efforts underway.
