Banks won't typically lend against receivables unless invoices have actually been raised. They could potentially access more CBILS funding which may have laxer covenants than unsecured bank debt - not sure banks would be too keen to lend unsecured w/o partial government guarantees given the recent history. "Other interest-bearing loans and borrowings £3,265,000" Couldn't they fund any increase in working capital needs by borrowing rather than raising equity? | contrariwise | |
