One would have thought that an RNS would have been published regarding the release of the Lucyd Vyrb APP

After all --- the Vyrb has imo great potential to be a huge differentiator from other smart glasses

That no RNS has been published merits some introspection into why ?

Why would someone not want to RNS or publish further details of what Vyrb can do and what is planned for its use ?

Bear in mind Lucyd together with Vyrb in its final form will be the subject of an IPO most likely in June or July

The Lucyd IPO will imo be paid for by the sale of some of the 17.1M shares that Tekcapital own in Belluscura ( BELL) which are looking to challenge 120p highs as Covid-19 reaches 1M cases a day in America and even if 5% of those that acquire Omicron which now accounts for 95% of all cases in the USA now --- then there is the potential for many more millions of Americans to need oxygen both in hospital as numbers there rise --- and afterward at home due to long covid

When Tekcapital sell some BELL shares ( TEK own 15% of BELL) --- then CEO Mr Gross has stated that a special dividend will be paid to TEK shareholders

With the appointment of the new Salarius CEO --- and the raise of $750K for MicroSalt just completed --- it is not inconceivable that there could also be a planned IPO of Salarius to coincide or follow on from the Lucyd IPO --- IF NO TRADE SALE OF SALARIUS takes place in the interim period

This additional IPO would imo also be paid for by the sale of BELL shares

This is buywells prediction :

If no Salarius trade sale takes place in the next few months --- then TEK will announce an IPO like Lucyd

An IPO on NASDAQ costs around $4.5M

TEK shares in BELL are worth currently circa $27M (with good news expected soon)


Say $10M for the IPO's leaves $16M
$8M special dividend and $8M for working capital ---
Guident and another new project

Patience is key for small shareholders with TEK

Hold tight and wait until each of the companies have provided an update to understand the true value of TEK and to allow the share price to catch up.

Looking good for a breakout. This is cheap all the way to mid 40's based on current portfolio holdings at latest values. Given Lucyd IPO and potential Salarius contracts float etc expecting it much much higher in 2022

Probably needs a partner to maximise the commercial potential of Vyrb; potential to be huge if it gets the exposure and marketing right.

The following might be a couple of weeks lagging due to Vyrb bug fixes ( expected early days/Beta trials)


More patents have been filed for Lucyd


Token functionality is expected in the Vyrb APP by Q1 2022.

Phase 1.0 of Vyrb has now been completed
Phase 2.0 is underway followed by Phase 3.0

These should all be completed by any IPO date

Also expected in the prospectus imo will be what will be planned to follow :

New CEO for Salarius

No doubt for an IPO or trade sale IMO

Kellogs own Pringles --- so this new CEO would be better placed for negotiations methinks
