Salarius winning the P&G award is an incredible achievement and puts in to perspective what we have with this company. Truly incredible one day the market will wake up all I will say is Salarius is worth many multiples of the $3m it is currently being valued at

More good news from Salarius winning awards increasing profile yet further. I am somewhat amazed market has caught on yet Salarius is only valued at circa $3m in TEK accounts you have to be kidding me.

buywell posted several weeks ago that a larger entity interested in the smart glasses side or the microsalt side or Guident side of the TEK business --- with the Mkt Cap as is --- may well consider a move for the parent before their offspring have left home

Or a predator operating in a similar fashion to TEK acquiring UNI patents and then developing their potential could be looking at TEK with envious eyes and buying on the QT

It is not inconceivable that even the 17.1M shares that TEK own in Belluscura could be interesting a bidder

Someone is accumulating a large amount of shares and the large sales that you see are actually going towards filling this bigger order. This afternoon despite the prior large sell trades MM were still accepting sales of upto 300,000 shares for over 33p bid.Last Thursday we saw a late reported 1million share buy. I would expect a number of further late reported buys of that magnitude. Hopefully this explains the rising price in the face of selling - as sellers are exhausted MM need to rise the bid to attract further sellers in the hope of filling the order. I would assume the buyer has instructed to bid upto a certain price so that the MM have a bit of leeway to fill the order

U.S. patent application number 16/829841 was filed with the patent office on 2021-09-30 for voice assistant management. The applicant listed for this patent is Lucyd Ltd. Invention is credited to Harrison Gross.



buywell might have missed it ---- but there seems to be no separate news release of what is a very important patent imo

Possibly imo regarding the VOICE ASSISTANT MANAGEMENT patent

Missive begins:


First off, bear in mind as one of the only companies involved in BC, software and tech hardware our development trajectory is more drawn out than pure software companies.

Keep in mind also we are now domiciled in the US so we have had to limit all public facing token statements and promotions until we have provable utility.

Once we do have utility in Vyrb, we will be able to put the Lucyd marketing machine to work to grow this community and spread the word about our token economy.

Things are progressing very well and I am pleased to report Lucyd glasses are carried in about 150 stores in the US and Canada just since June this year.

Additionally we have 10 more styles of Bluetooth eyewear, and the first Bluetooth safety glass, and the first social app built for wearables all coming by year end.

We are also working on major improvements across all Lyte models.

Finally, we are filing additional patents this week bringing our total patent count to 28 (half granted half pending), bolstering our intellectual property position in both smart eyewear and wearable apps, and helping to ensure the longevity of the company.


Additionally I am hiring new Vyrb staff to manage and promote the app and the LCD systems within.

We are also nearly finished developing an in-store try on kiosk which allows for virtual try-on of Lucyd frames in our reseller shops.

These tablet displays are remotely upgradable and will be used as a real-world onramp into Vyrb and its token economy by offering app download links during the try-on process.

The sum of the parts is worth significantly more than the current share price and likely to increase significantly further, the funding now leaves the investments very well funded :-

Belluscura is clearly out performing it's future looks incredibly bright and they look likely to be profitable ahead of when previously forecast.

Lucyd not sure if anyone has highlighted but the £1.5m for stock clearly shows where they are heading they are clearly experiencing rapid growth supported by a move in to Best Buy for anyone who hasn't been to the US Best Buy are absolutely huge. IPO is looming large in the new year I doubt they will be floating with a $20m price tag likely to be multiple thereof.

Guident They are due an update regards monitoring centre and still highly likely near term updates.

Microsalt similarly the £500k for stock and current crowd funding points to increasing growth, all before they launch in 800 stores very soon. Recent trade shows have further deal potential.

I doubt share price will remain down here very long and current price is an opportunity that won't last very long
