Bell currently worth £16.84m to Tek (41% of current m/cap) at current mid point with further news to come ref sales figures for 21/22 bell could heading to 50% v soon ! Then consider lucyd has announced ipo (in my view this will be valued way north of £50m when it happens ) Micro salt snacks to be launched in 800 Walmart (allegedly) stores nationwide in US. Currently valuation of £3m ?? Hmm really ? ? Not forgetting Guident which could announce news any time .... This all makes Tek an absolute gift at these prices and therefore I am adding accordingly.

I last topped up around 23p on the last dip. Be interesting to see who calls the bottom of this dip and gets the best price. I think I might wait another short while...but keen to get some more

2022 should imo be a very good year for BELL and hence TEK ( owns 17.1 Million shares of BELL )

Supply Chain Problems & a Solution to them using Autonomous Trucks

An impressive list of American Transport Freight stakeholders/groups/authorities/organizations/institutions have co-signed a letter to the Government to take the initiative in laying down the framework for the safe uptake of AV Trucks.

In other words that the U.S. Department of Transportation should proceed with implementing a regulatory framework for autonomous vehicle technology.

buywell notes that the emphasis being on SAFETY



The letter points to the potential economic and safety benefits linked to nationwide access to the technology’s applications in that by :

“Implementing a federal [automated vehicles] framework that fosters the safe deployment of AV's can help the Biden administration to shepherd in a safer more environmentally friendly and accessible transportation future”

The groups wrote the Department of Transportation in September

On Sept 22nd Meera Joshi who has been nominated to lead the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, told lawmakers:

‘We’re embarking on that work now to stand up a regulatory framework for [autonomous vehicle] trucking so that safety is No. 1.”


buywell can't help but agree with all of the points made in the letter

A uniform policy across all USA States that places safety as the number one priority in the obvious timely need of this AV technology for Truck deliveries as a solution to supply issues as well as better road safety standards ie less deaths and accidents --- makes sense

One can only then surmise that such a policy would also have to apply to AV cars and other vehicles

Common sense dictates that it should as a large percentage of AV's will travel through several states from goods pick up to delivery drop off

The major factor that makes buywell believe that the Department of Transportation will now take the lead with reference to the above is regarding cyber-physical threats related to AV's

These are very real and hacking to take control of an AV is now a current and major threat to AV safety

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) has created an Autonomous Ground Vehicle Security Guide that provides transportation systems sector partners with a framework to better understand cyber-physical threats related to AVs and recommended strategies to mitigate both enterprise- and asset-level security risks.

At the present time the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) estimates that more than 80 companies are currently testing autonomous vehicles (AVs) across 40 U.S. states and Washington D.C., and more than half of states have introduced legislation to allow testing on public roads.

Again it would seem that USDOT will have to work closely with CISA to create the safety framework for the safe uptake of all road going AV's

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) will also be involved --- which one will take the driving seat ??

AV 5.0 is surely needed ASAP

Markets slow to react to what is fantastic news for Lucyd and Tek especially. One thing is for sure I doubt the IPO will be at $20m. Lucyd is experiencing explosive growth and with the Vyrb app due for launch soon this will take things to a whole new level.

As for Microsalt closing early I have a view that their latest news re going in to 800 stores means current price of raise is too low hence the close. Similar to Lucyd it does pose the question will they follow with and IPO near.

Be weary of jaknifes comments i bailed on EUA early as i listened to his comments saying EUA was a fraud but he was shorting that stock I eventually missed out on £200k profit he has ulterior motives so wouldn't be surprised he is short on TEK

They did well in the first round of fundraising. I think the second struggled because of the 20m valuation. Probably seemed a little rich for those wanting in early. I do think this company will do very well though. Lucyd have a lot of innovative ideas (vyrb, tokens etc) , a great board and are making excellent progress in their rollout across the US

I partly get your view but surely there are many in the US, like us, following the progress of this company.

They would then have an appreciation of the economics and direction of travel for this company.

The crowdfunding would therefore have provided a cheap entry point - as well as a pair of glasses as a poster pointed out (not to mention the pair also donated to charity in respect of every application)

That's a valid question imo

The fundraising has only just been closed hasn't it - so all the progress the company made is in the market - surely more people should have then jumped on board?
