Bound to be a little volatility, as those who want to get out after such a strong rise do so, and those institutional investors who want to get in for the long run do so. IMHO, I believe the market has moved on and the momentum is now positive for the builders. Best to avoid checking the share price every 10 mins and relax.

First and second half reservations up, + increase in dividends. Personally, with all the Brexit etc uncertainty, I'm amazed the builders have held up as they have.

Yep 26% price target upgrade by UBS. Looking good. Sector was way undervalued.

gbh2- Housing doing just fine, Construction is dire at the moment as can be seen by the number of firms going bust at the moment.

lol, I think we've had sufficient exchanges for you to know just how little of that I have..........BP is making me money today so I'm happy to let TW & LLOY run at least until next week :)


Edit: PS At the weekend I was discussing how well the Building & Maintenance business is doing down in Corby, taking on extra staff, including staff for a newly opened Office rather than working from home.
I'm well pleased for them and the solid indications for the Housing sector.
