chart shows long term chart resistance at this level but I think it has momentum and another good day likely tomorrow . i guess the prospect of lower interest rates is seen as being bullish for building stocks and TW good results today

Building Shares have been bombed out for a long time & well over due a rise I can see £2.20 plus here short term although no doubt we will see the profit takers tomorrow.

Difficult to know where to put the cash there's still so many ifs and buts linked to Brexit!

Yep...crossed my mind to sell whilst on high, but with so much fog out the way, the rise can be sustained for a while, so lose out on pent up value and not as if have other re-investment opportunities showing themselves. You could probably say same for most of builders.

Sold at 209. Could easily go higher.

Sold some at 207 and 209. Thinking of selling a few more if there are more good trading statements and buy back in on the run up to April and June Divi.

I bought the majority of mine at 37p back when the world was about to end (or so some people thought). Remember gritting my teeth when pressing the buy button trying to convince myself that builders would come good again. Looking at some of my 'safer' stocks and their performance since then I wished I'd gone 'all-in'! Re-invested all divi's in here and happy with the update.

To me, 210p does seem like a reasonable target for now.

Gbh2 agreed, sorry but very anti brokers of all discription, hopefully now though I may get nearer my target there were times when It did cross my mind we would see the share price above £2 for a long time. You do have to laugh at all those that kept saying sell sell sell! & that these were going back below a pound, What an utter bunch of W----RS they were .

G'morning Jugears, the above post is simply a case of ensuring every bit of available info is on the thread, to be honest I've never taken broker recommendations seriously, they're all self serving parasites imo.

Gbh2 it has to be taken with a pinch of salt, in the early days Liberum were always sell sell sell! It doesn't really take a brain surgeon to tell you that dispite one of the worst trading periods since the financial crisis tw are still bucking the trend & trading exceptionally well Imo.

Increased average sale price, increased home completions and record order book value. Delivering expectations is to be applauded given the huge uncertainties prevailing during 2019.

Time to finally break through 210p resistance which has acted as a ceiling since 2015?
