28/8/2019 13:03 | WFL My capital isn't reducing ,I am not in the market to sell I am in the market to buy & as the drop has nothing to do with Tw's performance & is purely brexit relatedI don't see a problem Keifer how do you work that out ? When Brexit sorted investors won't be able to get back in this fast enough, You can't blame traders over reacting its instinct especially when using borrowed money to invest. I can see my future investment here beating all of my expectations, | jugears
28/8/2019 13:00 | No. Traders of TW., BDEV, PSN etc reacting to fears of recession. | eeza

28/8/2019 12:27 | Woodhawk well maybe Labour should have voted for May's deal ( aka Corbyn's deal with bells on) instead of playing poker for power. Thanks for this mess Mrs. Balls, Hillary Benn et al you utter fools. | stewart64

27/8/2019 22:18 | I didn't say house price will continue to rise short term & agree they are very expensive but then so was my first house at the time. There will almost certainly be a correction at some.point but not that big &.unfortunately houses will not stay cheap for long they never do & virtually always go back up higher,l am sorry bit if you think that the average house price won't be nearer the half million mark in the next 20 years you are very deluded . Unless of course out put is substantially increased & that just isnt going to happen, not enough man power or ability to produce materials fast enough & that's a fact. anyone holding Tw long term will see a very substantial return in the future so why sell now & miss the boat , yes the share price is volatile to say the least, but when is there a Good time to buy & sell shares ? I dont see tw going bust, the dividend may be cut in the future for a while but when things turn for the better tw recovery will be far quicker than many other industries. I dont need to sell any shares & will probably be given to my kids & grandkids any way so I'm not losing anything by holding & wont miss the boat if I sell them & try buying them back again. | jugears
27/8/2019 22:03 | Most people in the UK would suggest house prices are hugely over valued. It is naive to think prices will just simply continue to rise unchecked. Supply and demand didn't stop previous price corrections and this time will be no different. It is simply ridiculous to suggest it's a one way bet. That's how people lose considerable amounts on money, following the herd mentality exhibited on this bb. | ftir10
27/8/2019 21:41 | I think there are thousands of investor who like me think Tw are a good long term investment where as you seem to be in a minority.forgetting Brexit the uk has a huge shortage of news homes & very few companies to build them & the situation is only going to get worse long term.my company competes against 100's of other companies whereas tw probably only have a hand full of competitors. I wouldn't say I was the best investor in the world but surely you must see the potential here. | jugears
27/8/2019 19:34 | jug, Oh I see, when "you" speak, you speak for the many, do you? Didn't realise you were the elected representative of the many. I think your ego might be getting a little over inflated. LOL | ftir10

27/8/2019 13:56 | LOL So let me get this right, you think thats a positive indicator, mortgage approvals back to levels just before the last crash? With all the additional incentives house buyers now have. Sorry, but it's all down hill from here. Sell on any bounce. LOL | ftir10
