Too many positives for TW not to retest 40's before the half yearly statement.
Overly battered
Mortgage lending criteria improving
New house prices stable/rising.
Budget out of the way
Good weather for buiding
Director buying

...just to name a few..

IMO, TW is likely to gain more than bdev (% wise) in the short term.

FTSE up 1%, DOW futures looking strong and good 'ol TW is doing it's usual attempt at finding red.

The housebuilders are lagging so far behind the general indexes that there will either be a huge surge up at some point or some ugly news will come out


I can understand a few nerves ahead of anything that might come out in the budget tomorrow but would have thought that all possible negatives have been factored into the share price at this level.
