27/10/2016 09:49 | gbh2 Agreed. First and only time that I will ever do so. red | ![]() redartbmud
27/10/2016 09:47 | Picked up a few more this morning after selling off my crest holding at a modest loss to raise the cash. FWIW, Once I decided someone writes nothing I want to read, I never remove the Filter. | ![]() gbh2
27/10/2016 09:29 | I don't want to be disparaging, but I just took GARYCOOK off filter, very briefly. He is now filtered again. Enough said. | ![]() redartbmud
27/10/2016 09:26 | Gary - if you own that many shares, shouldn't that post be an RNS :) But, as you imply, if we all did it, it would stop some shorting. | ![]() m4rtinu
27/10/2016 09:24 | Tlobs - wasn't questioning your investment strategy, just you decimal place! Re-read your post. (But just being picky, sorry). | ![]() m4rtinu

27/10/2016 08:32 | To all TW. shareholders. I have today put a Limit sell order on my holding in TW. of 250p,to stop Shorter,s from loaning the shares from my broker, which they can do for a fee, without me or you knowing about.I suggest you do the same. | ![]() garycook
26/10/2016 22:26 | The time to buy is when the sector is out of favour in the market. I took the chance to buy early doors, and paid £1.416556 per share. I am not unhappy with the price. Given the current volatility, I would not be surprised to see £1.50 again. The country is still short of houses and will be in that position for a few years yet. In the short term they may run a bit lower, but it is very difficult to get the timing spot on. | ![]() redartbmud
26/10/2016 19:10 | m4rtinu, I did indeed add an additional block today. And whilst it's early days, that block is already blue. Just :-) It is just part of a reasonably well balanced mix of other investments in my SIPP. And IMHO one of the least that I need to worry about. | ![]() tlobs2

26/10/2016 15:41 | Tlobs - hope you didn't pay £140.2 :) post #18077 Everyone - I have a very modest investment here. I would agree TW might be good value relative to other shares, but the whole world economy is built on ever-growing debt piles. Are assets, in general, overpriced? Are dividends safe? Are more and more PIs investing in shares because of poor savings interest rates? Have we already forgotten the last financial crisis? Sounds like I am saying, just stick any spare money under the mattress, but I never follow my own advice! | ![]() m4rtinu
26/10/2016 13:07 | Arja, I'm not looking to make 1.25p on a trade. As with Kev above, this is a long term investment that will bring in plenty of significant dividends. | ![]() tlobs2
26/10/2016 12:45 | Yes I've also been buying this morning. With the interim presentation on the website forecasting a 13.8p dividend for 2017, most of it in July, then the forward yield here is a monster 9.7%. This will rise strongly at some point. The demand/supply metrics are not going to change any time soon. | ![]() kev0856153
26/10/2016 11:56 | ah but did you sell at 141.35 for a nice profit ? ( smile ) . Hit that level when I was out for a while at dentist ! | ![]() arja
26/10/2016 11:18 | Thank you to those that dragged the price down temporarily. I've grabbed myself another block of under priced shares at £140.2 :-) | ![]() tlobs2
26/10/2016 10:13 | looks ready to bounce but who knows for sure with this stock ! | ![]() arja
26/10/2016 10:09 | smarty - but it seems that any slight rally is sold into but if dow futures recovers later the narket as a whole might bounce - hope so ! | ![]() arja
26/10/2016 10:03 | yes, thought it might hold 140 level although it still might and just a filter movement , I sold my remaining shares in opening auction and hope to re-enter in time at a lower level. | ![]() arja
26/10/2016 10:02 | Nice looking chart for the day ???? September mortgage approvals were higher than in the previous month, bouncing from August's 20-month low, data released Wednesday by the British Bankers Association showed. Major banks' mortgage approvals rose in September to 38,252, up from 37,241 in August, although down 15% on September 2015 | ![]() smartypants
26/10/2016 09:59 | Support completely gone short this mule 134p today sell sell sell!! | ![]() catswhiskas
26/10/2016 09:58 | to a chartist that might matter - to me, as someone who looks at fundamental value it doesn't - and I simply don't see much value anywhere else in the market in a load of defensive, dollar earning names which are over bought and have big expectation built into them. And as Mark Carney was saying yesterday a lot of pessimism is embedded in Sterling at the moment | farmai
26/10/2016 09:55 | quite often the BHR policy is best if showing a nice profit and unsure of next move , | ![]() arja |
