You get all sorts posting on this thread. Some REALLY intelligent people with worthwhile views and facts, some intelligent people, some ordinary people who look for facts to help them, some not so intelligent people who are new to investing, some unintelligent people who know absolutely nothing about investing and then you get dimwitts like Shaws67. 67 must be his IQ.

Agreed. Target was and still is £2.50. I'll sit and wait it out.

Jugears, I tend to agree, these are a gift, yes they may go lower still, but on a longer view, like you I see the £2.50 being achieved. Only wish I had the cash to take part in the eventual rise that will come in time when things settle down.

Smurphy2001, All heavily invested in commercial property & london as not enough profit in houses,2 many warehouses & offices being built on spec they are going up everywhere, this is nothing to do with BREXIT, this was a massive bubble waiting to burst, I have been saying this to some of my customers for the last few years that are heavy into commercial property that it couldn't carry on, look at London nearly more offices than houses, & yet the demand for smaller size industrial units is still huge simply because they don't build many small ones now & yet where I have my factory they are knocking down small units to build large ones, absolute madness as in a recession when people get made redundant a lot set them selves up in business but have no small units to trade from.

Do you honestly think that because the country has voted to leave the EU it will affect the fundamentals of housebuilders?

Let's say they are right and house prices fall in value. What happens next? They become more affordable and housebuilders sell more houses. The demand is certainly there. Always has been, always will be.

So those who are so intelligent as to post in capital letters, multiple exclamation marks, and quoting finger in the air share prices, just to in some pathetic way try to scare those who are holding to sell to help their own short term cause, best of luck to you my friends.

Those who remember the pretty much 3 for 1 rights issue following the £5 share price where the share price needed to get back to around £1.50 to be back to the same market cap, will know that this is an overdone correction.

Lesson for bulls.... Nothing is a one way bet and never underestimate the stock-market to shaft you when you least expect it

Property bull market is well and truly over all the myths and lies about supply and demand about to be trashed as it's proved to be just another speculative bubble
