Finished flat, how unsurprising!

HFs just toying with the price imo.

An 'O' buy went through a short while ago for 1,125,060...not a bad buy.

I totally agree. I'm overweight on house builders though so will be holding for remainder of this year and adding on any weakness going beyond that. The past couple of months has been a good buying opportunity.Should be an interesting month with various house builders reporting (BDEV, TW, BOV and GFRD)

bluerunner, it's as though we are the only buyers in the market and as soon as we buy they 'get us' LOL
I bought today because of what I feel are great prospects for the house builders up to next May. DC can't go to the election and be seen to be holding house building back IMO.
After all there are a lot of people coming into this country and they all have to be housed...priority ;-)

Optomistic - that often happens to me. It did this morning when I bought GFRD in my SIPP and it dropped by 5p immediately. On that basis, while I'm already invested in TW, I won't add!!!!!!

Might be sleepy up until the last hour. I'd expect some movement late on into the close..

Seems to me the computer's have been turned off until the US opens again on Monday, imo we'll be lucky to see 118p by end of today but one can hope :))

Quite likely shaws, but even if it doesn't I expect Monday could be very good, and if it is, then the next few weeks could be good also. Bellway up through 1600 today I note. Would be good to see that kind of momentum follow-through here, after a positive update. Should blast through 120 with ease.

I think the FMs can make more from shorting than holding and with so many shares in the market we'll never see figures.

fools game thinking the grass is greener. Set a realistic, achievable exit price and stick to it.

Why wouldn't you use the cash until the end of May 2015 and then buy back in?
