13/6/2014 12:07 | is toffee still at it? Stuck in a wheelchair all day takes it's toll. Try table tennis, better than spouting doom getting even more depressed. Run along. ;) Filter button is great :) | shaws67
13/6/2014 12:04 | Do what? Why would anyone RELENTLESSLY knock a stock if they weren't shorting? If you think this is a dud, move on to something you rate. Yes, you're warning us out of the goodness of your heart, and in no way trying to nag this down just to line your own pockets. | proj
13/6/2014 11:53 | Well @ 103p S'scope gives Fwd pe of 9.7 , 7.8 , 7.3 , not exactly expensive. Besides, I'm doing some work on some TW. sites soon so the houses are bound to sell!! DbD :0) | death by donut
13/6/2014 11:51 | Nothing said here has any effect on the share price that's why there is no 'agenda' It's a discussion board for all views....as it stands the share price was 130 now It's 20% less which is bear market territory...so bulls are currently Completely wrong | taffee
13/6/2014 11:36 | I'm hanging fire as well for now. Might have bottomed but who knows. | 5bag
13/6/2014 11:31 | I'm tempted but I prefer to buy on 3 to 5% drops so I'll wait until it turns later today. | gbh2
13/6/2014 11:30 | TW is doing very well. Irrational and neurotic response to a possible small rate rise. It is as though TW are now never going to sell another house. For God's sake the country still has a major shortage of houses to accommodate an ever growing population. | bbonsall
13/6/2014 11:28 | just took some more, managed to get them sub-103 too. | 5bag

13/6/2014 11:09 | Its more a case of JUST how much the Banks add on to their mortgage rates once the BoE signals a rise! | gbh2

13/6/2014 11:02 | Not sure if the world will end due to a 0.25% interest rate increase... | trytotakeiteasy

13/6/2014 10:53 | Sp down, Look who comes out of the Woodwork! | jugears
13/6/2014 10:37 | You mean a few years back when most housebuilders were up to their eyeballs in debt? In those circumstances, I would agree that a low PER is justified | el1te
13/6/2014 10:31 | Back down to test the 2011 lows | ny boy
13/6/2014 10:25 | And builders shares were on 4-8 x earnings | taffee
13/6/2014 10:11 | Hope I never get invited to taffee's parties if they are over that quickly!House builders are just starting theirs,- a far better place to be at. Bought my first house when interest rates were 15%, was on a new development and they sold out in no time. As long as people have jobs (and unemployment is now falling faster then expected) new houses will sell. In those days I could only borrow 2.5 times salary. | valedo
13/6/2014 09:58 | There will be plenty of building but house prices are starting to fall and Could fall hard....builders business plans get squeezed because of the long lead In to completion.....don't believe the spin...things are not okay out there Otherwise we wouldn't have emergency rates props and money printing | taffee
13/6/2014 09:49 | taffee i dont normally post here , but dont be so stupid "builders have had their sweet spot" it's just getting going . | badmumba
13/6/2014 09:30 | 100p test...but really the party is over imo.....builders have had their sweet spot but you can feel that things are starting to stack up against their Business plans | taffee
13/6/2014 09:29 | Closing gap back to 104p, I'll have some more today. | gbh2 |
