I held bellway until after their recent announcement and sold at 1515. I didnt count on the momentum there continuing up past 1580. Could see the same thing here if the update is good. In fact all homebuilders are enjoying a good run, I wouldnt bet against it carrying right through to next Q2 or more, at this point anyway.

Is toffee still rattling his bad breath jaws....hes tried to talk the share down and all its done is climb. What a prize bell end. I'm sure he could find am old ewe somewhere with its head stuck in the fence, that's the best opportunity he will ever have.

Seriously though, if the order book is going strong and margins still increasing or constant I can see this doing 160 to 170p later on this year.

I see the taffey loon has moved his attention to another house builder thread, you have to wonder whether he's right in his head to worry so much about shares that he cannot possibly be invested in!
