Pretty major 200-day MA support at just above 110p.

gbh - House prices in March fell by 1.1%. It's probably just prompted profit taking.

EDIT: Straight through the 110.3p support. Need to see it end the day above that level. Given that the other housebuilders are still comfortably above their 200-day support, it will be interesting to see whether there is targeted sector buying of TW

EDIT2: Thursday's MPC meeting is likely to provide support when they announce that they are holding interest rates at 0.5% again

This will be the 2nd or 3rd test of 112p, that said I'm more concerned about it being sector wide.

Labour costs and a serious supply chain problem with regards materials may be one reason. However, it won't affect profits as these will continue their upward trend for a good few years to come. If building cost go up so does house prices and land prices.

As for Pickle expected announcement ,yes I too was surprised it wasn't forthcoming. Perhaps he is saving it for another day!
