House builders are cheap, one mearge in the sector the whole lot will take off.
Crest Nicholson look the one to be taken over over for their superior landbank.
Wimpey could also be in the firing line as well, exciting times ahead.

So - do you think some brokers simply ramp and bash stocks for the same pragmatic reasons that BB posters do - but at institutional level ie their traders or big clients are long they will ramp it - and if their traders are short or big fund clients want to get in at a lower level they will put out a hold or defer an upgrade note?

"Subject to shareholder approval at the AGM, the final dividend of 0.47 pence will be paid on 21 May 2014 to shareholders on the register at the close ofbusiness on 11 April 2014 (2012 final dividend: 0.43 pence). In combination with the interim dividend of 0.22 pence(2012 interim dividend: 0.19 pence) this gives a total dividend for the year of 0.69 pence (2012: 0.62 pence)"

"The 2014 special dividend of c.GBP50 million (1.54 pence per share) will be paid as a cash dividend on 3 July 2014 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 6 June 2014"
