I expect a small fall maybe to 99p as folk bank some profits....nothing goes up in a straight line!!...but longer term I still expect to see 140p by March 2014.

Yes I've heard about brick shortage too via various conversations on Twitter:Here's a response tweet via the editor of builders merchant news magazine: "that was the trouble last time too. By the time recession was through all specialist hauliers had found other jobs/industries"And another..."Likewise, national house builder told me 8/10 wks for bricks, HGV shortages delivery issues + some key trades/skills shortage"Apparently contractors are going to pick up bricks in their own vans!

Bellway in Newcastle are being rationed to one order of concrete blocks per week. It seems that things have picked up so quickly that the suppliers have been caught with their pants down!

hi all I work on all housebuilding site in the Midlands and in contact with approx 30 sites they are all going flat out which is good for all builders share prices. They cant build houses fast enough, but now their seems to a problem with bricks if they order bricks today they wont get the delivery until January next year is this going to cause a problem ?? Any body else heard about this? there is a site in Gloucestershire about to start building in September but all the brick types are not available and not guaranteed even for January even if they change bricks types its not guaranteed as everyone else is changing as cannot get what they want.

From tonight's ADVFN E-mail:

Taylor Wimpey: Panmure Gordon shifts target price from 72p to 79p retaining a sell recommendation.

Another bit of Broker nonsense.

Good update and nice move but Up on a UP day is easy, what we need now is to keep it up when the market pulls back.

TW. ranked 101 as at 28/6 so knocking on the door.
Has to get ranked 90 for automatic inclusion in FTSE 100.
