like it! I retired at 53 a long time ago. Its not difficult if you've been reasonably successful and prudent with it.

LCWA - You shouldn't let user IDs mislead you, for instance I don't take you for anything other than a local clown with a huge inferiority complex about being a rank & file loon :))

gbh2 you need to sit back and relax. I anticipate a nice rise into the trading statement. the last weeks shenanigans in share price were out of TW's control.

More likely to be on simple valuation grounds. A share that trebled in 18 months, having spent two years faffing about at 20-45p. Just because current trading is good does not mean the price has no limits.

What earnings multiple / dividend yield is it on currently?

When QI came in it was to support industry. Which it did, eventually.

Now QI is becoming redundant as industry recovers a golden opportunity occurs for the mega traders to spook the market with a big feint.

That is what is happening.

It may drop a bit more but when it goes up it is likely to be an abrupt woosh.

Still got all my building shares. I had 170,000 TW and sold 30,000 and bought into CRST when they reported results a few days ago as didnt have a holding.
Also continue to hold BDEV and PSN. TW.still my biggest holding and no reason to change.

Housebuilders remain the best bet in this market for the foreseeable future.

I supply to TW & there is definately IMHO no bad news coming from this company, This is just the way the markets are going at the moment, As Warren Buffet once said always buy when others are selling if you want to make money from shares.
