Magic IMS.....my 140p target by year end may now come a bit quicker......TW still the most under priced builder out there.....we could see this pass 100p by end of the week, one thing for sure not worth trading it now as just sit back and watch it grow!!

I just cannot see much downside here, fluctuation yes but more than a 5% drop, I'd be surprised and sorely tempted to buy more.

I've taken my current profit out of the holding, now its down to tomorrow to see if I continue to hold.

Good luck trading this, I prefer more erratic SPs for trading :))

Interesting train of thought. i'm with you re recent news and i believe there will be more of a steady increase in the future but am trying to trade this often rather than just leaving it alone (need the cash). I'll go with my heart. Let's see what tomorrow brings !

I'm still undecided Moorsy!

The Negatives for me are that the trading pattern is not encouraging and what's to come may well be priced in by the big boys.

The Positives are that I like the idea that any recovery must be tied to the House Building sector and imo the Government are likely to throw more & more cash at this sector, plus TW seems to have acquired a hell of a lot of Land during the last four years, which cannot possibly thought of as anything but cash n the bank. I also like the "Wigan" contract news a few posts up this thread and some embellishment of that tomorrow may well bring on a bit more upward price pressure.

IF I sell any, it'll be late today and I'll most certainly not be selling more than 30% of what I hold.

yep, they do say buy on rumour, sell on fact.

A retrace is likely, but I'm holding on for a quid plus!

Hey gbh2.
What's the feeling that any good news tomorrow is already incorporated into the price, looking at the sluggish rise ? That said, like most SP's i predict a sharp rise followed by a sharp dip in the morning. What dost thou say ?

Very tempted to get out today and if i do i'm sure i'll be ripping out what little hair i have left !!!

Still expecting 140P by Feb 2014...not worth trying to trade it as I am pretty sure we will see that price within 10 months.
