28/3/2013 21:40 | Not worth selling out and trying to get back cheaper....if your real lucky yes it may work fir you but why bother.....every time you buy back you pay HMG another 0.5% stamp duty and also may miss the boat. We all know this will be 140p plus by 2014 so just sit back and enjoy the ride. | ![]() aspers
28/3/2013 19:25 | Bit more profit left yet.............then come back in sept | naed
28/3/2013 18:00 | Agreed TW. BDEV PSN and the other house builders have great prospects following a 5 year recession, and now with extra government help have no doubt turned the corner. You only have to read their reports to see that. I too have taken profits but will wait a bit to get back in at more sensible prices. | ![]() downsize
28/3/2013 12:29 | Still more to come. | stock pick guru
28/3/2013 10:42 | Downsize, I take your point but the shares I am definitely not selling are housebuilders and they already represent 30% of my share portfolio. I've already taken my profits for the year from the few shares I still have outside the ISA cover (I've been in ISA's since the start) and I reckon that mnay folks will be putting there new ISA money into housebuilders or topping up what they already have for at least the next two years. | ![]() hillbrown

28/3/2013 08:22 | The Tipsters are in it to make money from vulnerable punters, they give out loads of advice on the premise that they can't be wrong ALL the time! If you're desperate then follow his advice and keep your fingers crossed that this is one that he might get right! However imo its best to have your own strategy prepared and make your move when you're good & ready. | ![]() gbh2
28/3/2013 08:02 | So none of you believe or acknowledge the current share price valuations (TW. BDEV) are overly generous against forecast earnings and that they will stay at these levels with no end of financial year profit taking or institutions selling into ISA money in flow for the next month? | ![]() downsize

26/3/2013 18:05 | from the tw. website. Latest dividend payment The Board will be recommending the payment of a final dividend of 0.43 pence per share. Combined with the interim dividend of 0.19 pence per share this gives a total dividend for the year of 0.62 pence per share. The final dividend will be paid on 21 May 2013 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 19 April 2013. Please note that the final dividend is subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 25 April 2013. | ![]() hillbrown

26/3/2013 11:37 | I'm sure that there is quite a lot more to come but £1 or so by the Autumn will be fine. | ![]() hillbrown
26/3/2013 09:46 | I picked up a few more on yesterdays drop, I think £1 is on but can't see much more until well into next year. | ![]() gbh2
26/3/2013 09:29 | I'm overweight in TW. Based on current prices I've twice as many TW as I have GSK BP SBRY etc. Every 1/10th of a penny makes me jump for joy or flinch and sweat! My second highest investment by value is PSN. BDEV and BVS holdings are relatively small and may get a tickle on a pullback. Overall my stock investments are 29.3% in builders at the moment. Thats somewhat overweight but I cant bring myself to ease springs. | ![]() hillbrown

25/3/2013 19:27 | I sold my Bdev at the day high and topped up here. At this price niw TW an absolute bargain in the longer term.....pile in whilst they are so cheap. | ![]() aspers
