Signs are very good for builders. Like all governments they want to boost property prices to ensure the feel good factor is at the appropriate level come next election. Nothing makes middle england feel better than expensive houses, despite knowing that they will crash again afterwards. Boom & bust. Not to worry though, as long as tw. gets to £3 before then!

£1.40 would give a valuation of over £4.5 Billion hope your right, need to get building now, make sure the planners push through the sites quicker, and then see if there are any trades still left out there.

I am long and to me this a no brainer for a hold till 2014. I expect to see it at 140p plus by the start of next year......seriously under priced.

What are the chances of the price returning to the levels seen before the 2008 crash do you think?I appreciate there are many more shares in issue now but was wondering if a buy back might be on the cards at some point.I first bought these for less than 10p at end the of '08. I added many more in early '09 but all went in to a trading account at an average of 24p. I'm gradually moving them over to an ISA within the CGT limit but at these (lovely) prices, it could take some time. I'm not complaining!

Moneybags tip of the day..........

If you are making baked beans on toast, try a 'wee drop' of 20 year old balsamic in the mix, it really does transform beans on toast.

On Monday 18th March PG issued a sell note with a target price of 68p! Just illustrates how useless brokers' advice is. It is about time someone sued a broker for causing investors to lose money on taking their advice, as has happened here after yesterday.
I must add that I have a fair holding in TW and, thankfully, I only ever listen to my own advice.

Scroll down to see Broker advice.

Brilliant.......as it means there is more time to buy shares in TW, CRST, BV etc before we seriously take off.

2013, 2014 is going to be the years of the builders.

GET THE SHARES WHILST THEY ARE CHEAP

NB: The new scheme announced by the Chancellor today comes into effect in 2014, not this year as many seem to be saying.
