01/4/2011 10:34 | Could be handle time, in terms of cup and handle. 36p possible before a strong climb up.....towards my holy grail of £1 (in a couple of years) | ![]() slytherin
01/4/2011 10:01 | Topped up.. | ![]() jibba_jabba
01/4/2011 09:28 | LOL!!! Nice to see acute obervational skills on a Friday morning... (You can call me 'imastu' in future - if it helps. But I'm alright with 'stupid git' (concise, accurate...) - can't speak for others....) | ![]() imastu pidgitaswell
01/4/2011 09:22 | kfp Don't be so sensitive. He was responding to ima'stupidgit'aswell post 8221 | barf2

01/4/2011 09:20 | Chairman2 thanks for the comment, takes one to know one, I happen to be a retired property developer (mostly commercial) and have been through several property corrections as many of us have, this last party was so big the hangover has further to run, this is my opinion which of course we are all entitled to. Keep your rude comments to yourself. | ![]() kfp
01/4/2011 09:17 | kfp, tempted but not bought back yet. | smurfy2001
01/4/2011 09:11 | very sensible commenet stupid git byt I expect TW will have a few other surprises - as the UK's leading housebuilder it could be best placed to get in on the coalitions attempts to get pension funds to put money into new housing a bit more portfolio re-adjustment could well be on the cards - keepin the focus on the balance sheet. | ![]() chairman2
01/4/2011 09:08 | Might fall back further if the housing market weakens , UK property is still at least 20% overvalued imo (price x earnings etc) and no more "blockbuster" news | ![]() kfp
01/4/2011 09:06 | Didnt think I would get the chance to buy more below 40p Filling my boots as I see this back to 45p very soon!! | ![]() aspers
01/4/2011 08:40 | smurfy2001 Bought em back ? | ![]() kfp
01/4/2011 08:39 | The sell was already flagged by the press, as Sir James Goldsmith said, if you can spot a bandwagon you are usually to late to get on it ! Buy when directors buy (25p) and sell when they do, easy !! | ![]() kfp
01/4/2011 08:31 | Usual modern markets. Anything that used to be seen as good news sends the share price down. Tiresome | barf2
31/3/2011 22:13 | The price action was sector wide, but i'm still surprised with the weakness. I may buy back the 60K shares near 40p. | smurfy2001
31/3/2011 20:48 | I missed all the fun or lack of it today had to visit london for some all day meetings, glad I was out to be honest.. Was hoping for a build up on price north of 45p prior to any anouncement then a 10% day to around the 50p level oh well.. Also hoping TM would fetch over $1 billion but overall they achieved a premium esp in the US where the housing market is far more fragile. Guess will have to see how things go over the next few weeks, note the tax year ends on the 5th April so today is not necessarily related to tax IMO. | ![]() fewdollarsmore
31/3/2011 19:12 | 40m traded | ![]() sir rational
31/3/2011 19:11 | 1) Could be profit taking. 2) could be that the share is worth 44p and trading at 10% less. 3) could be the DOW not sure the way to go. 4) could be tax reasons. 5) or the supermarket sweep.(people have to eat)(money going in these shares). 6) or just market sentiment. seq | sequoia
31/3/2011 18:38 | What the hell does TW have to do to make the markets happy. Would have thought this would have been well on the day. | ![]() newkid
31/3/2011 17:51 | Those who have sold out today have sold themselves short. Much more juice in this lemon. Upgrades to follow. AGM on 21st April. Great time to be a holder. | ![]() wendsworth |
