Nah, it's just the general market - FTSE went down some 120 points from the peak yesterday and lost a further 50 on the opening today.

And a 2 month to close period, if you believe the Warren Buffet view, would be of benefit to TW, as market recovery will be more visible, ergo higher bids from those still in it.

A useful leak last Friday...

The share price decline ,as well as general market, could be "a source close to the negotiations " said sell of tm might not be concluded for 2 months, and would not be announced on results day ? ?

Sounds fair enough. Not sure it would work at Goldman Sachs, but we'll allow it...

Oooomphf...

I suppose it's all a necessary churn - losing some of the buyers late last week. But a bit frustrating nonetheless.

Once more unto the 38p?

PS - wot happened to those charts in the header?

Would it not be easier to base the competition on 9.30am the day before yesterday? then we've at least got a fighting chance.[I reckon I could get within a penny or two]

btw

OK looks like I screwed up right royally.

Note to self - existing but new comp with existing punters to be changed to results day Thursday, possibly later than 09.30 give share price chance to settle (suggestions?)

give them chance to change estimate

Well it was originally for today but since lsk looked like winning and I screwed up on the wording I arbitrarily decided to change it to tomorrow Wednesday, should I change it to results day?

Would make more sense
