This is developing into quite a messy downward price action and I would not want to be long at the present time.

If the 5th wave downwards breaks 35p then 33p is the next important level to look at.

If it breaks that we could test 30p.

But the closeness of these important break levels would not attract me to trade on the short side.

No room to make the 10/20% I am looking for.

Horrible thought - it could be a downtrend from the first peak rather than the higher second (which could be a 'blip').

If so, at least it should resolve itself with the current shorter term uptrend very soon:



Wot, with the pennant thing, we should see something within a few weeks chartwise, one way or the other. Maybe some Taylor Morrison news as a trigger...

House prices have fallen for the seventh month in a row after both buyers and sellers stayed away from the market.

The average cost of a home in England and Wales dropped by 0.5% this month to stand at £153,600 - 2.2% less than in January 2010, according to housing intelligence firm Hometrack.
