23/12/2010 10:03 | It was interesting to see RCIS do an about face again the other day.They now say maybe a 2% decline next year due to shortage of properties coming to market but may be up or down 5%! The point is the crowd that have been predicting a savage housing market collapse are reigning back a bit and hedging their forecasts. I think the market will hover about the same position until later in 2011 before starting a more positive cycle.I think the share price moving up a bit reflects that the fall was overdone even taking into account a flat or even declining market.
