Another great day to end a great wk, do hope it was profitable for all, can it last?

I notice smurfy (Ramsey,Loocan et al) is conspicuous by his absence, must be on his skills training day paid for by the Job Centre. Oh just noticed his intern hiq standing in for him today. Appears hiq hasn't yet been trained up in posting pictures!

Backing up the Redrow bloke's comments yesterday - as a builder, we don't care who's buying, as long as someone (landlord or private buyer) is - people are always going to need somewhere to live, rain or shine...

Well, to be fair, it's more s case of slowing down less...

But yes, seen some signs of life there, even if it is not so much adding value as taking away less than last year.

Good day for the US builders yesterday, hence today's follow-up. To really get moving, we need a change of sentiment to the US builders, and the QE may help. Canada doesn't appear to need any help.

Diversification is the one advantage TW has over it's competitors here in the UK. Even Spain is picking up.

I have some ridiculous notion that it could one day be valued in accordance with fundamentals...
