Backing up the Redrow bloke's comments yesterday - as a builder, we don't care who's buying, as long as someone (landlord or private buyer) is - people are always going to need somewhere to live, rain or shine...

Good day for the US builders yesterday, hence today's follow-up. To really get moving, we need a change of sentiment to the US builders, and the QE may help. Canada doesn't appear to need any help.
