Let's hope CS are equally as wrong with this latest downgrade as they were with the previous outperform rec.

Brilliant job.No accountability whatsoever.Them and weather forecasters have got it made.

Might explain the initial drop

* Credit Suisse downgrades Barratt Developments, Berkeley and Taylor Wimpey to neutral from outperform, downgrades Bovis Homes to underperform from neutral and maintains underpform for Redrow.

The broker maintains outperforms for Bellway and Persimmon and prefers builders merchants to housebuilders

Charts are not currently in favour of the shorters. MACD close to crossing, they don't like getting burnt.

No, looks like normal service resumed.

Shorters have deeper pockets than buyers at present.

Had a distinct look about the pre opening that they were going to have another good go at sending it down.Bit of support though and they might have to turn tail.

Shouldn't you be posting that under your ZX81 pseudonym?

10 Print "I will get a life";

Don't forget the semi colon. One column just wouldn't suffice now.

House hunters in Oxfordshire may hear the sound of sleigh bells as Christmas arrives early with a fantastic festive offer from Taylor Wimpey worth £5,000.

The house builder has had Santa and his elves working overtime providing a sack full of goodies for anyone who purchases a new home at any of Taylor Wimpey's Oxfordshire developments by 21st November and moves in for Christmas.

Taylor Wimpey's Christmas package includes moving fees paid, a 3D TV and DVDs, a fully decorated Christmas tree, everything needed for the ultimate festive feast for up to eight people, a hamper full of goodies and presents for all the family.

Chris Ashmore, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey said: "Taylor Wimpey really has got Christmas all wrapped up. December can be stressful at the best of times, let alone when you can't find the box with the kettle in. This 'Christmas on Us' incentive gives house hunters a fantastic opportunity to move into a new home just in time for the big day without having to worry about financing or organising the festive holiday."

Taylor Wimpey's 'Christmas on Us' incentive is available at all developments across Oxfordshire. For more information on the developments and homes available visit taylorwimpey.co.uk/newhomes/oxfordshire.

Property has to be reserved by Sunday 21st November and occupied by 24th December 2010 in order to qualify for the package. Terms and conditions apply.
