14/10/2010 13:49 | support resistence. In other words, "Captain Kirk I canni hold her up any longer" half moon simmo, half moon | jab118
14/10/2010 13:49 | He does suffer a bit of schizophrenia so cut him some slack. He once posted as jab while he was still logged in under sheriff his alter ego.Oh we did laugh.I still do now. Howdy! | barf2
14/10/2010 13:45 | jab, make up your mind, is it support or resistance? You keep changing your mind and it is getting confusing. | spennysimmo
14/10/2010 13:43 | The Half moon is close to the 25p line of support. PLOP SOON ! jab | jab118
14/10/2010 13:31 | Now only TW down in the sector. Plus ca change | barf2
14/10/2010 11:44 | Can't see it holding, no reason to,nothing coming by way of support from the company and it's had goes at breaking 25p already and is building up steam for another. Shorters etc have got it on the run and have had for a long time.I stick by my theory that this is firmly in the grips of the hedge fund managers and shorters and will not change until they tire of it and then it will climb quickly on nothing at all. | barf2
14/10/2010 11:34 | BDEV base has broken down, no reason for TW to hold | scars
14/10/2010 11:33 | Ok...so the question is....will 25 hold this time? So much negative sentiment in the sector. Given that I expect a FTSE correction in the near future there will doubtless be more downward pressure across the board. | salpara111
14/10/2010 10:43 | PSN up [yes up!] RDW,BVS,BWY all turning slightly negative BDEV down half a % TW down over 2% TW has a specific problem in the sector [BDEV also suffering] but TW is hated by the markets and loved by the hedgies because it always gives. Now back at prices from 18 months ago so any benefit of cost cutting, streamlining the business, paying off debt etc all completely gone without impact. | barf2
14/10/2010 10:38 | Racing down to 25p now. and seen off that johnny come lately BDEV on the diving stakes. TW the Tom Daley of the stock market. | barf2

14/10/2010 09:59 | Try SNR from 131 to 145 in a matter of days, posted last week on the Yell thread when the share price was 137 and I said don't go long for a trade until 131 was reached. It is there in black and white. | spennysimmo
14/10/2010 09:57 | spenny you'll have to let me know when you are right as I wouldn't recognise it. ;-) | barf2
14/10/2010 09:51 | I won't apologise for posting my technical views as that is what a bb is for. In the same way, I expect congratulations when I am right, but ok my TA on this was wrong. | spennysimmo
14/10/2010 09:39 | Just the 'sorry I was wrong' missing from that post then. | barf2
14/10/2010 09:23 | Nope, it's not an exact science and the bigger picture has taken a significant turn for the worse in this sector since then. I've traded well on others in the meantime so everall I'm happy but this one hasn't gone to plan. It is however consistent with the sector and isn't TW. specific. TW. however does tend to get hit a bit more at times as it is the most geared and US news as you know will have a bigger impact on this UK company. I do believe however this sector will reward. In the end, after every recession it always does and bull markets last longer then bear markets. | spennysimmo
14/10/2010 08:50 | Nearly time for you to post barf. Almost there ;-) | spennysimmo
13/10/2010 22:22 | 6 trading days left to go ! ;;-) | wig123 |
