RICS survey was made up of 265 Estate Agents I think. What will Estate Agents do and say when they are not selling houses to try and drum up business? Think it through, it is nonsense.

Would it not be a bit easier on us all if we just went to 25p now and then we can save all this pointless fannying around on the way?

Then we can see whether it bounces or falls through and make any decisions accordingly.

I find it very very tiresome to see the same thing every day and the company letting the share price be bullied like this without putting up the slightest defence.
