12/5/2022 14:26 | Oh look another one who don't get it. You are an idiot with Zero Credibility, LOL, JUST LOL! | ![]() beckers2008
12/5/2022 14:24 | sunshine, Don't waste your time with this lot, they're angry they didn't sell at the share price highs, hence the vulgar language. The bulls have already lost the argument, just sit back a watch the share price continue its long decline. Their swearing and cursing at you and me, etc. won't change anything. I fear it will get much worse as this continues to go well into double digits. The pain of financial crisis has only just started, it's going to get a lot worse. | ftir1
12/5/2022 13:58 | sT, yeah like Blackrock adding on the rinse, you don't get. You have no idea what is going on. I'm getting concerned on the volume, seems CS can't get it below 120 for long, maybe some resistance here, may have to adjust my target... But not yet. You are an idiot with Zero Credibility, LOL, JUST LOL! | ![]() beckers2008
12/5/2022 13:41 | They can buy at the low of the day, cos half a dozen institutional investors have lines of stock on offer ?! | ![]() sunshine today
12/5/2022 13:08 | roguetraderuk You have a few issues to get overcome. All time high house prices that keep going up, keeps the party going. Crypto party has ended The stock market party is over The tipping point has hit and you don’t get it. The rush to buy a house is dead in the water, in fact, those that have not exchanged need great care to prevent chains falling apart. | ![]() sunshine today
12/5/2022 12:59 | sikh, you pick and choose your data points and post them every 5 minutes expecting house prices to crash, yet they have been climbing for every month over the past year. Tarrant Parsons, an economist at the RICS, said there was “little evidence, at this stage, of house price inflation losing much momentum” you should know that there are far fewer homes being listed than pre covid. so even if demand goes down by 30%, you are are the point of the suppy demand equation that you were before covid. and at that point house prices were rising modestly in line with modest inflation. if you are not able to speak to agents then at least look at their reports and outlooks. everyone is saying that due to lack of supply, people are trying to outbid each other. and as i told you before, house prices didnt drop in the 70's when inflation was rampant and they wont drop now. they will fall once inflation peaks and starts falling briskly. | ![]() roguetraderuk
12/5/2022 11:46 | When the housing market crash, recession appears more and more in the media then the sheep will follow. You'll see more 'new' posters and all the hindsight opinions... ;-) as expected then.. ;-) "The evidence of the impact of a squeezed economy hit by high prices is already visible in the first quarter's monthly breakdowns. All the growth happened in January, with a flat February and a small contraction in March. Economists fear the economy could be contracting right now, though some of that may be down to an extra bank holiday. With taxes, interest rates, and inflation all hitting disposable income at the same time, the fear is that January could be as good as it gets for the UK economy in 2022." | ![]() sikhthetech
12/5/2022 11:38 | DD lived off this game since 1998 so I'm happy with my investment decisions :) | ![]() gbh2
12/5/2022 10:52 | @GBH. Whilst you are technically correct, it is prudent to “mark to market”. Always best to be honest with yourself, that way you are better placed to make investment decisions. | ![]() disneydonald
12/5/2022 10:43 | It doesn’t matter if you Buy or Sell, unless you are short and making a current killing? CS will do what they like rinsing it down, for others to BUY, case in point, Blackrock adding whilst volume was high. Volume seems to be waning a little, making CS’s job a little trickier, but if they keep knocking it through the stop losses as they are, my target of 114p will be reached. Jugs has 98, if CS can get them this low, which would be a bonus. With the reduction in the market cap from the 3rd March (Buyback announcement) at 138.55 to 124.55 recently, each 14p drop from that differential equals roughly £350m in the cap, so in effect CS will have brought 150m shares for nothing. If they keep getting them for sub 1.25 and of course they go back up above 138.55 of which I have doubt, but I would say that wouldn’t I. Carry on CS, nothing new on here to see. | ![]() beckers2008
12/5/2022 08:52 | I mostly agree, although I think a floor could come quite quickly, rather than years. I dramatically cut the amount of buying a few months ago, holding pension contributions as cash for the moment. It's a waiting game, there will be a golden opportunity, this isn't it. When it's making six o'clock news headlines and investors have felt the pain, I'll be all over it. Happy to short in the meantime as opportunities present themselves | 25guilderbag
12/5/2022 08:51 | So they weren't manipulated down to 98p & all the way back up to 1.80 lol | ![]() jugears
12/5/2022 08:22 | Assuming your company makes a profit to pay those dividends. | ![]() sunshine today
12/5/2022 08:21 | Jugears- I have my ring fenced holding, which I'll simply sit on on and keep taking the Dividends, meanwhile my spare cash is going into products like NG & MNG :) | ![]() gbh2
12/5/2022 08:10 | JUGEARS It’s not manipulation, the world has changed, its all around you, but you can’t see it. It’s a boom tipping over to a bust. Your company does have cash, and a sold forward order book, so I doubt it’s going bust. However it’s impossible to attract new investors into the stock, until a floor way, lower, in years to come, is reached. | ![]() sunshine today
12/5/2022 08:03 | I want to add more for the long term & whilst now is a fantastic time because they are very undervalued, stupidity will see these manipulated down further IMO. | ![]() jugears
12/5/2022 07:56 | Looking like a bit more downside today, which should please the more Pathetic dolts on the thread that fail to realise, Cash is not lost unless one needs to sell at these ridiculous prices. | ![]() gbh2
12/5/2022 07:28 | The last few weeks has hammered 3 planks of the housing boom. 1/ Rate increases 2/ The stock market downturn. ( this effects the wealth effect of 25% of U.K. movers ) 3/ The crypto crash that has killed off the younger generation and confidence. General inflation across the board it just beginning to bite. Next up, job losses, that I believe will strike within the next two quarters. | ![]() sunshine today
12/5/2022 04:52 | Look for all the covid house price gains to follow the stock market back down. | ![]() sunshine today
12/5/2022 01:10 | Oh, the last trade popped up at 1.22189. Could CS squeezed this in as well? | ![]() beckers2008
