23/4/2010 15:10 | Guys I have been taking a bit of back seat with this one recently due to very little movement. As we all know we have been struggle to break 40p barrier. I am still here in for the long term. Just want to know why the share price is taking a massive up turn (Not that im complaining. Has there been any updates/news and thus why the share price is heading north? TA | ![]() smoothtrader

23/4/2010 14:57 | jaws, all trades are one of the following: T1, T2, T3, T5, T10, T20, The T refers to the settlement date. You own the shares when you buy. You can sell whenever you like. Those who trade on margin want the longest 'T' period possible, but the Market charges a higher price for shares sold on say T10 or T20. | ![]() leedskier
23/4/2010 14:56 | If you sell it will still be on a t+3 so unless you sell the same day that you buy them then you will still need to pay for them. As GGekko has said, perhaps you should do a bit of research before you hit the buy button. TDW do offer a t+10 and I believe t+20 option but you will pay a bit extra for the luxury. | ![]() spennysimmo

23/4/2010 14:23 | I was in Gib last week and I took a look at Tradewinds on the marina. A very impressive build I have to say. I have been watching it being built for the last few years but never took much notice of it. TW's flagship development I would think. Starting price £375k. | ![]() newkid
