Well pleased with the share price performance today, considering the malaise of the FTSE and earlier performance of the DOW. As I posted earlier, I read the PSN statement with a lot of positivity. However, I am even more looking forward to TW. statement next week because with a more INTERNATIONAL spread of portfolio I expect warm noises about both the USA and Spain (pre-empted by various media coverage). ALL the builders are targeting high margin developments. In Spain TW are focusing near Marbella. The USA improvement may mean that TW will hang on to that business, or command a higher price should they wish to off-load. Debt remain an issue long term but with improving outlook and increased margins, they should be able to chip away at it. I do however wonder whether they will off-load some of the land bank, especially in the low margins areas.

With the dow recovering all of it's earlier drop after London closed, I expect at least 0.5p recovery soon after opening. Let's see what the media has to say about the property sector. All builders and Rightmove advancing today, it bodes well short/medium term. 40p breached.....45 next milestone pre AGM?.
GL all.

It might be something to do with the mods and rockers? What with Brighton being just along the road from his council flat.
