I would not be surprised if Tavistock and their advisers and others will have done exactly the same google searches .

I think it speaks volumes that the shareholders want to explore this option.
Why would they want the books opened up to team?
Is it lack of trust full stop?
Is a 2.5p or whatever a better option just to offload the current BOD’s?

It’s certainly a very sad reflection on the current leadership team.

There appears to be so much potential here with the FUM and recurring income model.

Just 2 big negatives......

8.2p to 1.3p and we celebrate 2.5p.
Grow up. Man up. Admit it’s shambolic and walk away.

Google research reveals that a number of parties named on today's RNS appear jointly on other websites.

I cannot believe that this is purely coincidental.

FYI Bloomberg lists shareholders down to 500 shares, even some of the names are not there people talk, as you can see from the posts you have tried and failed to bury multiple times.

Or even if you are really the chairman, someone might have stolen the big shareholder register from one of your draws... I wonder how Tavistock are going to reply to this.

I will now wait for that cute click here FCA message of yours!

Interesting RNS.

Helium Rising Stars - yes a well-known named shareholder with a significant shareholding.

But one really has to wonder to oneself how Team would be aware of and in contact with certain shareholders with shareholdings as small as 500,000 shares (approx £12,000)

Citing an investor with a holding valued at some £12,000 in a public RNS is in my opinion unusual and lends very little credibility.

It is very interesting indeed to do google searches on the names mentioned in the RNS.

The fallout from the Neil Bartlett case is adding further pressure on the increasingly isolated management team.

A cash reserve of £1.6 million is not going to cover the potential liability of £4.5 million. There is no guarantee that the PI cover is sufficient.

As for the approach from Team, the average price of Tavistock shares over the last 7 years is 2.85p and the average over the last 4 years is 2.5p. A provisional offer of 2.5p is not to be dismissed out of hand. Surely, it’s in the best interests of ALL shareholders to open the accounts? What are Raven and Cooke hiding? Who knows, Team may even go higher with access to the books. Open them UP!

It’s time for Tavistock shareholders to come together and force a change in management.

The Board has a long track record of lining their own pockets at the expense of ordinary shareholders. Equally important, it doesn’t have a clue how to either run or build a profitable, integrated financial services company.

This is very clearly reflected in the share price, declining from a peak of 8.25p to a low of 1.3p.

The fact that it’s now trading at 2.5p is hardly a reason to celebrate. Let’s not forget, the company wrote off £4.5m in the share premium account last year alone, which demonstrates that they substantially overpaid for Abacus and Price Bailey.

I propose that it’s time to call an EGM to remove the entire Board. It’s been an appalling experience being a shareholder in a company that is driven solely by the greed of the management team. Let’s vote them OUT!

QP Cooke. There are two sides to a coin.

Tavistock:

Market Cap c. £15million
Assets Under Management £1billion +
Debt Lots of that we know about and much more we probably dont

Team Asset Management:

Market Cap c. £15million
Assets Under Management (30/9/20) £281million
Debt None and Millions in the bank in cash and backed
by Schroders looking at the RNS's to the tune of
10%

Exactly.
So it should be up around 45m market on my conservative estimation.
So let’s get back to that and then talk about bonuses.

So,
Significantly under valued?
So why would the management need a bonus at 4 and 7p if the market lifted to a fair value??? Surely the bonus should be adding value, not restoring to parity.

I wouldn’t won’t to be a long standing holder here.
All long standing shareholders are outraged.

Good luck for the newcomers as I think this will rise.
Others have been cast aside with no concern as usual. How do people sleep?

No white knight would want to pay much more given the amount of cleaning up needed with this company. No one in their right mind would want to touch this business for a big premium with the amount of liabilities currently present.

Also given the board don't want to let Team PLC have a look at the accounts should worry shareholders given the past of the current board and their track record for accounting irregularities.

If there was interest Quilter would have just bought it for AUM by now and integrated it.

PS: won't entertain QuePassa who is the chairman of Tavistock Investments PLC and is desperate to pass a resolution to give him and Brian Raven more upside in the change of control. Tavistock is probably in the process of doing a reverse merger and will consolidate the share price to 7p. Still, no explanation why the incentive was changed from 4p to 7p out of the blue and despite all shareholders being in agreement. I won't expose him further but anyone keen to run due diligence on this company, look at this forum for the last 6 months.

Not languishing now at 2.6p/2.7p - up 100% since the beginning of the year - with much much more to come in a fast consolidating sector and a recent superb Trading Update - SIGNIFICANTLY AHEAD.

Tavistock was languishing at sub 2p for a number of reasons.
A takeover would resolve some.
A white knight would resolve all.

Tavistock bought Abacus Associates in April 2016 for a cash consideration of £3.5 million plus another £1.5 million in shares at 7.5p.

How much of this is going to be clawed back from Malcolm Harper? My guess is none.

Surely at least the £1.65 million held in the reserve account? It happened on his watch and Tavistock’s due diligence clearly wasn’t up to scratch. Why should Tavistock shareholders take it on the chin?

Another rotten apple that hasn’t fallen far from the tree! Pay it BACK!

QP. Sorry you missed my post. I was delighted were in agreement so I’ll put it back here.

I agree..... finally...

SEVERAL TIMES HIGHER THAN ITS CURRENT MARKET CAPITALISATION.

I believe it certainly is. My calculations are 45m. That’s only 3 times higher. But still.

So I’m convinced you will also agree that the share price needs to get back to where it belongs without the need to ‘reward’ BOD’s for aligning the share price with the true value. So 3 times 2.5 is 7.5p.

So..... why the need for an incentive? The share price is clearly undervalued. So clearly no incentive is needed.

Maybe if the incentive is required it need to be ‘several’; times higher as opposed to my negative calculation of 3 times?

Perhaps the BOD’s should justify that statement declared with real intent and buy more shares at 2.5p and get their reward/incentive at a ‘several times higher price’.

Finally QP, you and I are on the same page!!
