Assuming the meeting is not postponed again and the strike price does not move higher as 'everyone is in favour', I have also VOTED AGAINST all the proposed resolutions.

ANY BONA FIDE SHAREHOLDERS will be delighted when the chairman and CEO get booted off the board after receiving the thick end of 60 MILLION SHARES for FREE over time.

When this fails to pass, if you dilute me you dilute yourselves too. GOOD LUCK!!

I have today electronically VOTED AGAINST all resolutions at the Tavistock Ordinary General Meeting to be held on 8th. April. Onwards and downwards. I know that ANY BONA FIDE SHAREHOLDERS will be delighted at the fast recovering share price and agree its ridiculous to vote for more dilution to line the BODS pockets even more. Whoever takes a deep dive into the books will no doubt find all sorts of creative accounting.

They have been plowing through shareholder capital at a rate of knots with “zero” to show for it.

Come on boys, £5 million of unallocated expenses in the accounts for the year ending March 2020. WTF! Where has it all gone? It’s time to run, run fast, run far but it’s all in vain.

Raven and Cooke have been CAUGHT!

AHAH!! Let's not forget that Halifax loan repayment holiday whilst we're on the subject of deferred liabilities. With the cash they saved from furlough, loans and deferred interest payments the results should have been the best ever. YET, the price does not move....

Can someone look into the regulatory cap requirements issues too, I am sensing there could be a problem here too.

QP Cooke. Whilst you mention the trading update from 9th February its probably slipped your mind but there is no mention of the £1,000,000 Covid loan that needs paying back. Oh well just dilute shareholders, we will pay it for you.

Coincidentally said trading update was the one Tavistock issued 10 days after Brian Raven and Oliver Cooke loaded up 1.25m shares each.

The “magic” words of “significantly ahead” have been used plenty of the times before and are yet to yield any benefits to ordinary shareholders.

The only aspect of this company that is ALWAYS “significantly ahead” is director compensation and share awards.

It's Groundhog Day! The despicable Board of Tavistock Investments Plc has already lost the vote for the ill-fated Resolution proposed on Friday (circa 20% against and counting).

Maybe they can dig up some bodies to vote in their favour? Unlikely!

There is “zero” appetite within the external shareholder base to line the pockets of Raven and Cooke any further.

They have already received 10% of the company (G shares) for FREE, why should shareholders give away anymore? I dare Bonnie and Clyde to issue any long-term management-only incentive plan options with lower strikes, “because we can” - REALLY?

I propose that these CROOKS be shown the door ASAP. Three strikes and they are OUT!

Imagine that, then most will make money, shareholders and BODs alike without the need for additional bonuses.

Although at 7p many people who trusted Raven and Cooke are still down.

Trust- Trust is confidence in the honesty or integrity of a person...

Laughable.

But again, well done for recovering the business to 33% of the opening values. Superstars...

I love the chant at football, ‘you only sing when your winning’...

We could change this to ‘you only spout when your climbing’.

Well if this was a football match, one team is 7.5 v 2.5 and your claiming that’s a great achievement.

Time for a substitution I think. Get the subs lined up. Two lads here need a replacement

I still like the idea of the merger to get the price to 7p via consolidation, its a good way to screw shareholders once again! Buried in QuePassa's responses but not forgotten.

I didn’t join on that date! I was here well before and actually backed the board for months. Now I’m incredibly p155ed of with how things have progressed (or not as the case may be) and the greed shown by the current BODs.

Thanks for your amazing efforts reducing my losses so slightly. Your a superstar clearly.
