So what happens now, what do Teams do, what can Tavi do.

So many questions, we need an expert here.

Anyone ?

Seeing the subsequent RNS about shares in issue

Is this a useful way to flush out all the holders of 1% or more?

Do they all need to report now?

Long term holder of this share and bought in back on the initial placement when the company changed from SocialGo at 2.05p. There have been very few bright moments and I feel from the comments on here many who comment on here bought in at 5-7p when they felt the share price and the business was indeed going somewhere.

The one thing of note which the Directors seem to have done adequately was to sort out the business book and sell a bank of small transactional clients to Sanlam. Getting money for this deadwood was a masterstroke.

As for the rest of the company history ...

A) Shareholders have no objection to performance related paid for Directors and that Directors are suitably remunerated; however the company has had one shift of the goalpost after another. This incentive package they were trying to push through at 4p was basically a re-set attempt due to inept performance to date. You cannot keep resetting these things.

B) The company had a long term interest in purchasing Price Bailey and this was always in the background; however when push came to shove company drastically overpaid with the guise that it needed to achieve optimum size and scale. Where is the value of this transaction later?

C) There was a tie up with Lighthouse which yielded nothing and fell apart when it was bought by Quilter

D) The creation of Acumen portfolios was a good idea to create a vertical integrated company and add value - This works to small extent but is not difficult to do. You would have expected more value to come from this.

E) The appointment of that internationally renound fund manager Ben Raven - Err hang on isn't he the son of one of the Directors with a handful of years industry experience.

F) I Stock was fanciful - But I'm not sure the business really understood the costs involved in successfully launching and marketing it.

Overall the 2.5p offer represents a discount to value of the business, funds under management of about 5p (IMHO) This discount is due to the Directors performance and the lack of value in any of the actions from points A to F. Furthermore the board has become less transparent from those earlier days.

This is the exact reason why the FCA should look into the director purchases pre a 'positive' trading update.

Let's also discuss the attempt to ramp-up the share price QuePassa is 'possibly' responsible for last week.

Again, are we going to play your game again of ignoring and burying valid points in the public domain with your spam posts?

Tavistock had a £5 million write-down last year which everyone still in the dark about... It's nice to see the chairman (QUEPASSA) come back. Please clarify that!!

You don't want to make the same mistakes you did last week.

This looks like a bet on management teams and frankly look at the calibre of people they have onboard versus Tavistock.

Team's Financial Results by RNS today.

Team just Admitted to AIM 8/3/21 after raising £7.5m GROSS (£6.4m NET)

Their Current Market Cap £15m.

Offer not recommended by Tavistock management.Sector remains hot for consolidation.

Significantly undervalues Tavistock. Offer far too low.

The only merits of this derisory indicative offer are:-

1)to illustrate the relative attractions of Tavistock with AUM of £1billion+ and

2) that Tavistock remains significantly undervalued by the market with a similar market cap of £15m but with a large business behind it and revenues of some £29million to 31/3/20.

Tavistock should await potential further suitors whilst progressing its current growth strategy.

An offer at 2.5p or slightly higher from Team, is an offer that I would without reservation vote against.

ALL IMO. DYOR.

Well, there was something brewing, and the share price amazingly lifts to the current value before the news broke.

It’s like the market know these things.....

So, 2.5p?
Erm, no......

But,
Has this given a perfect opportunity to save face and pull the 7p deal that looks set to fail? Use the excuse that ‘due to interest of potential buyers.....’

Or will it be spun that ‘look how great the 7p offer is now’?

Who knows. Certainly sparked up the interest moving forward.

Allegations of insider trading, share price manipulation and now a hostile approach.

What more do the long suffering shareholders of Tavistock need to jettison Raven and Cooke? It’s time for them to either walk the plank or be pushed OUT!
