05/6/2021 07:55 | Your point is lost on me with that post Mark. Another week gone by and this share continues to stagnate, results should be due soon which may bring a little excitement | mandarin4

28/5/2021 22:51 | Easy money for some at the expense of others. Looks like a good career if you have zero morals. Would love to stay and chat but if to rob my gran. Maybe I’ll get a place on the board. Could do with a 6 figure salary to tide me over.... | makeamillion3
28/5/2021 11:49 | tomgold - I don't have any info other than that which is in the RNS's. A quick glance at the numerous one's here is typical of AIM. Lots of smoke and mirrors. I had forgotten about my shares in DWAV as they have been lying dormant for 8 years and it was only when Interactive Investor informed me there was a corporate action affecting my portfolio it raised my curiosity. I looked back at one of my spreadsheets as I had no recollection of ever buying into DWAV or who they were. Silly me, I should have realised they were "gifted" to me in exchange for my worthless SocialGo shares!! I see Dominic Wheatley is still doing very nicely as he was around at the time this divesting went on. Just another sad story of being taken for a ride on AIM where nothing is as it seems but the gravy boat is always topped up at someone else's expense. | digger2779
28/5/2021 09:29 | @digger2779 Do tell us more, I must have missed this... does this finally explain the reason behind the gifting of 10% of Tavistock to Raven and Cooke for free. Under my count, Oliver Cooke must have put in about £100k of his own money (inc. future pension contributions from Tavistock) to end up with circa 5% of the whole company. Let's also not forget the Corib Associates fees paid to Oliver Cooke on a number of placings.. | tomgold
27/5/2021 22:30 | I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. How do some people sleep? Dominic Wheatley’s name appears around alot of Cookes and Ravens deals. Wasn’t he also a non executive director with a shed load of Tavi shares early on?? With all the recent share buys I wouldn’t be surprised to see some news soon and perhaps we will see why the directors were so eager to push their failed ‘incentiveR Who knows. Maybe that’s why QP called the TEAM deal a ‘distraction.. Maybe that’s why we saw the BODs actually do something other than take income or award themselves shares by rallying the support of their ‘loyal shareholders) although take away the BOD’s, family and staff and the support is minimal. I was also expecting a update of this amazing financial data that couldn’t be shown whilst the business was ‘under offer’.... was that lost in the post? Lots of unanswered questions. But the biggest is..... One must wonder where QP is.... Can he make a defence of the latest murky story?I hope he can, and the BOD’s prove they can turn this around..... Or will it be the copy and paste response he so often users. Good luck everyone. We need it | makeamillion3
27/5/2021 21:55 | mandarin4 - this RNS sets out the usual jiggery pokery that goes on in AIM. Raise 200k, sell the company SocialGo to newly formed vehicle DWAV for £1, gift SocialGo shareholders shares in unlisted vehicle DWAV in same proportion of their previous holdings and then sail off into the sunset. I don't think DWAV actually did anything to enhance shareholder value or anything at all for that matter. These worthless shares then sat in my nominee account doing sweet FA before finally disappearing today as the company has been dissolved. Yes those were the days of Bright Things which changed it's name to SocialGo which ended up costing too much to run so got "divested" into a nothing company. 11 years on and the share price still sits at 2p and the directors are still making a living somehow. They managed to pay themselves a mere £581k in total in 2020 full year accounts I see. Yes good luck here as I'm sure it will all end well for someone. | digger2779
27/5/2021 20:31 | Digger I think it would be nice if you could elaborate a little? QP can then get his knickers in a twist. | mandarin4
27/5/2021 17:17 | Just been informed by Interactive Investor that DWAV ltd that took on the divestment of Socialgo shares from this shyster in 2013 has now been dissolved. I see Oliver Cooke is still "earning" a living here. Good luck all. | digger2779
27/5/2021 15:25 | Been a while since we have had reasonable volume here, better day and let us hope we can push through the 3p level..... | chrisdgb
20/5/2021 22:15 | Some decent trades through today. QP must have missed them. So, is this the start of the 700% uplift??? Interesting that a strange comment like that was made out of the blue and now today some chunky trades? Maybe a coincidence...... | makeamillion3
19/5/2021 07:37 | Can someone give QP his medication please. | mandarin4
18/5/2021 15:36 | I’m absolutely delighted for the shareholders at ASTO. Nothing more heartwarming than a good news story about a well run business. Is there any point to this? Are they offering to buy Tavi at 10p a share??? Are we gonna lift off 700%?? Or just picking out a company who have done well to highlight the shortcomings here... I’m sure that your comment is leading to something. Why throw a statement like that in for no reason? | makeamillion3
16/5/2021 09:30 | “Patience is a virtue which is likely to be handsomely rewarded.“ Rewarded or diluted? Because as it stands it’s been 6 years and counting for patience to pay off. | tomgold
14/5/2021 11:10 | QP, welcome back.... I was getting worried... I assume you have a good source on this?? How would you know this unless you really are Cooke after all?!? I would have thought there would have been more share purchases made if things are so rosey? I hope you are 100% correct. I’ve always said the potential is huge here. That’s why TEAM tried to pinch it for pennies. I look forward to the positive news and announcements in due course | makeamillion3
14/5/2021 10:52 | Good stuff............... | chrisdgb
14/5/2021 10:29 | A lot going on behind the scenes. Patience is a virtue which is likely to be handsomely rewarded. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
14/5/2021 07:38 | The story that Schroders was considering a bid for M&G shows the way the industry is going, metrics on AUM still look way too cheap here...... | chrisdgb
11/5/2021 07:30 | QP must be busy driving that share price up to 7p. I hope he is as busy and committed doing that as he was fighting the cause on here. I still want to know what the TEAM offer was a ‘distraction if anything, the team ‘offer’ as low as it was, could have put Tavi in the limelight with a potentially significantly profitable FUM base to unlock. | makeamillion3
11/5/2021 07:15 | The more pressing issue us should be the whereabouts of QP. | mandarin4
10/5/2021 20:37 | BoD have to start delivering on their promises. They have had a shot across their bows. | russman
10/5/2021 16:28 | Next results are the perfect platform for the management to let us know the grand plans to get us to 7p...... | chrisdgb
28/4/2021 12:33 | The share price is starting to look heavy. With Team on the sidelines for the time being, management needs to quickly pull a rabbit out of the hat to prevent another shareholder revolt. The promise of jam tomorrow at 5p has given them a very short grace period, but the clock is ticking. Remember, leopards can’t change their spots. A change is badly needed. | tomgold |
