21/9/2010 13:09 | Up again.... Most odd as they said this year will be rubbish and they arent sure about next. | stegrego
17/9/2010 12:53 | You're right to be curious. Share price was rising quite well then suddenly fell by over 30 percent and then we get a profit warning after the fall. Of course we all know that insider dealing NEVER happens don't we. Apart from when the small guy who's made a couple of thousand gets caught and is prosecuted and given a very stiff sentence. Apart from that it NEVER happens. But your're right to be curious and I'm very curious. | gerdmuller
17/9/2010 12:26 | Im curious about this share now. Fell for ages in anticipation (or insider dealing) re forthcoming cuts. They announce, say will be significantly below expectations and it drops somewhat. However, price is now at same level as before announcement, just a few days ago. Usually id expect this sort thing to cause a hammering as so much uncertainty. Good news i guess, that bad news was infact priced in (ive never come across a share that had this, despite seeing the remark numerous times) | stegrego
15/9/2010 13:17 | PE firm approaches management, management talks company price down to 15p. PE firm offers 25p per share and gets the company for next to nothing. Management get big slice of equity. Shareholders get next to nothing. That could never happen!!!!!! | gerdmuller
15/9/2010 12:44 | at this rate if she gets to 15 odd p she will be nearly at cash | empirestate
15/9/2010 11:01 | One of my better calls, I warned here on a couple of occasions. Post 55 summed up my views. | essentialinvestor
15/9/2010 10:47 | Sold straight after statement. Could come good but too much uncertainty. Will watch to see what develops before buying in again. Should have seen this coming really. | stegrego
15/9/2010 10:20 | This one is turning into a shambles. Price falls 30 percent then we have a trading statement. Not sure where this one will go from but it will be a long road back. | gerdmuller
09/9/2010 11:31 | Just to prove how my trading luck has been over the past few weeks. Went to short IMG at about 380p the other day and pressed the buy button by mistake. IMG fell to below 340p by yesterday. Expensive mistake but you live and learn. | gerdmuller
09/9/2010 11:26 | empirestate, looks like the market has totally lost interest in this one or there is something happening that we don't know about. But I still think it is the former. This is falling on just a few thousand pounds worth of shares traded and is down about 30 percent in a month. I think at this level this is a good risk/reward play for either a re-rating or takeover. PE is now very low. Been stopped out recently on most of my sept positions but they would have expired on Friday anyway. Bought back in with March positions in most cases over the past week. | gerdmuller
08/9/2010 12:15 | Gerd, quite incredible how the share price continues to drift more or less every day and with almost 20 days to results it could be in the low 20's at this rate. i will look to get back in when seeing some support here. | empirestate
08/9/2010 09:29 | These never stop falling. Either results fall short or if not these will be trading on a PE of about 7 next month. I have still been buying on the way down. | gerdmuller
06/9/2010 09:56 | Results in 3 weeks. Share price performance has been abysmal in the past few weeks after looking as though there might be some upward movement before that. This could end up as a typical PE target. Lack of investor interest in small cos generally makes it possible for a PE firm to come in with a low bid and get approval due to shareholder apathy or doing a deal with management. | gerdmuller
26/8/2010 09:06 | The rise was short lived. Not sure why these are falling but most of the small caps seem to been going the same way in the past couple of weeks for no apparent reason. Economic situation remains fragile but at this level most of that should be in the price. People may just be losing interest. May look to buy a few more shortly. | gerdmuller
18/8/2010 20:51 | Christ you must have tight stops | stegrego
18/8/2010 20:29 | got stopped out on this one, can't believe it didn't make progress when at 42/43 | empirestate
14/8/2010 14:21 | think we should be readying ourselves for another leg up here next week | empirestate
12/8/2010 16:20 | market makers taking the micky today, reckon they are trying to flush a few punters out on the cheap. | empirestate
11/8/2010 21:02 | Gerd, am suprised we didn't see the residual blackrock position squared away today, but sure it will be in the next few days. we are looking at a top line p/e here of around 9, which is good value for a tech stock on a significant revenue growth forecast.valued at just over 2.5 x cash, decent bottom line income and cashflow, reckon we could see 50p shortly. ref reason for blackrock getting out, who knows, but the buyer of their stock certainly doesn't share the same view. | empirestate
11/8/2010 09:57 | empirestate, you seemed to have spotted this rise must be that lofty position of yours. Well done on that and lets hope it carries on for a change. Any rise in these is welcome. Company still seems sound to me and still on a relatively low rating. Not sure about why Blackrock have reduced though. | gerdmuller
10/8/2010 20:47 | waterloo, the transaction date was the 5th august, so u then have to tot up the size trades from the 6th to date to find out what possibly their position is today | empirestate
10/8/2010 16:25 | Blackrock still have 5.7m according to RNS earlier today. Not sure if they will reduce further? | waterloo01
10/8/2010 16:13 | what is suprising is how we have not seen a new holder declaration | empirestate
10/8/2010 16:10 | can possibly knock of another 300k from blackrocks pile , so that is 1,612,050 | empirestate |
