18/5/2020 10:19 | Looks like they sucked in a few on the early rise today and more games are being played while we wait for real news. One thing you can credit SNG with and that is not releasing news until they really have to do so, as frustrating as it may be while we wait for what is hopefully good news! | ![]() lauders
18/5/2020 09:55 | Nobbygnome18 May '20 - 09:07 - 7264 of 7266 0 1 1 >> parob Indeed I have bough 30k SBTX this morning. There is a lot of demand for shares and as you say from a TA point of view it looks very encouraging. Good luck buying some though because the MMs aren't playing ball! As difficult as you say it is to buy, its even worse to try and sell... The share price will COLLAPSE under any amount of selling. Used to love those small cap iliquid stocks years ago. With iii and advfn there were ramps daily. Back then very easy to make 100% per day. But for morals about making your money off of the back of those who would invariably lose. | ![]() whites123
18/5/2020 09:43 | Rather frustrating they seem not to have released RNS's for the end of recruitment in hospitals nor, so far, the start of the home trial. | ![]() waterloo01

18/5/2020 09:04 | (OT) There are three reasons to open schools: 1. To ensure that deprived kids don't fall further behind the middle class ones who have been getting decent home schooling. 2. To get herd immunity properly under way 3. 1 and 2 One thing is for sure the government will not mention 2 or 3. Where is transparency? | ![]() toffeeman

18/5/2020 09:01 | It’s impossible to tell, the MM’s took it to 60-62 very quickly to induce some selling, they wouldn’t go that if there was a seller...then when the bid starts to fall other PI’s sell and voila, we are back to level! | ![]() 74tom

18/5/2020 08:49 | Whilst we wait for SNG news, mentioned SBTX (skin microbiome company) a couple of times on here (first when the price was 9p ish I think, now 18.75p). It's breaking out from a bullish flag now should anyone be interested in taking a look. Nobby's invested! | ![]() parob
18/5/2020 08:41 | Yes I have heard it conjectured that the lack of action on care homes was deliberate to relieve the care home crisis. There certainly won't be a shortage of rooms now in care homes.... | ![]() nobbygnome

18/5/2020 08:25 | Maybe not My biggest worry in the grand scheme of things but I have a genuine concern this will actually give some credence to the whole anti-vax movement. I think there is a real possiblity by rushing this out too quickly, it will actually have the counter effect and actually end up saving less people because the uptake will be so poor due to health concerns. | ![]() adman50
18/5/2020 08:22 | Give us some form of vaccine and absolutely 100% I would take it. I would just make certain that if I took it I stayed the obligatory 2.8643 miles away from a 5G tower. Give us a vaccine which the boffins only believe "may" work and I will still happily take it. If I end up growing an extra limb then so be it... | ![]() whites123
18/5/2020 08:08 | They can't... this is very dangerous groundsAll about saving face and sound bites.....nearer the time, the scientists will change their tone and sticking to science will state that more work needs to be done... | ![]() yet another final
18/5/2020 08:02 | Here is the Oxford vaccine trial link; One glaring problem, it’s only being tested on healthy volunteers aged 18-55 “There will be 4 study groups and it is anticipated that a total of 1112 volunteers will be enrolled. Volunteers will participate in the study for approximately 6 months, with the option to come for an additional follow up visit at Day 364.“ How can they test it on the at risk population of people with underlying health conditions or aged 70+ before the end of the 6 month trial period + analysis and peer review? Producing 30m doses of something that hasn’t even been tested on anyone over 55 or with an underlying health condition is madness. They won’t get regulatory approval in a million years in my opinion. | ![]() 74tom
18/5/2020 07:54 | It's amusing that seemingly intelligent people claim not to understand basic guidelines set by the gov, what's ambiguous exactly about "if you can't work from home go to work"? | ![]() fatnacker
18/5/2020 07:21 | My son studied Pharmacology and is incredibly bright and has said there is no way on earth he will take a vaccine that has been rushed through. They continually praise Dr Sarah on the BBC extoling how good she is. She goes on about a vaccine coming out of Oxford. Is this not the same company that she holds shares in? As far as the government are concerned they have continually shot themselves in the foot. Mixed messages such as "go to work if you cannot work from home, but don't go to work if you can" are as clear as mud to the vast majority of people and in the end people will get fed up and do what they want. What scientific evidence are they listening to? I think it is the evidence they feel most comfortable with and which they believe the public will feel comfortable. However, it does not mean it right. Government rating has gone down since they lifted some of the lockdown restrictions as the public are worried about a second wave. All this talk about vaccines imho is just that talk. They need effective treatments and that is where SNG hopefully come into play. GLA. | ![]() vitec
