Amazing that about 80 BUY trades have gone through full on the 58p offer with no movement to the price, really bizarre

I think a lot of trades are left to the auction at the close.
Will probably see the Customary large late reported trades.
All aboard for next week.

I think there will be a rise to take us above 60p on the Bid into the close. Four days is a long time here and peeps wont want to be out having seen the remarkable rises over at NCYT this week. GLA

I understand there is a problem with oxygen supplies in some hospitals. Does inhaled SNG001 reduce the need for oxygen?

I respect your strategy and understand why you are doing it. Just a bit too risky for me given potential upside here.

I would also add that they we have not seen a pull back to the 35p price to date, in fact we have seen the opposite. Let’s say a decent RNS drops then selling 10m of shares in to a company which could have a 200m MC is a drop in the ocean.

So the shares are hitting the market Wednesday ? I don’t, but when you do an accelerated book build which is heavily oversubscribed you are able to pick and choose who you allot share to unlike say Primary Bid.

I would therefore presume they have not picked cowboys.

You would sell out instantly based on the rise from your buy price. Hence I am holding back here until then.

The Company will require further share authorities to allot the Conditional Placing Shares and the Subscription Shares. Accordingly, the Conditional Placing and the Subscription are conditional, inter alia, on the passing of the Resolutions by the Shareholders at the General Meeting, which has been convened for 14 April 2020, notice of which is set out at the end of this document. The Resolutions will be held on a poll. If the Resolutions are passed, Admission of the Conditional Placing Shares and Subscription Shares is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 15 April 2020.

Dave - the placings was heavily oversubscribed, I suspect anyone with an intention to turn the shares over in quick order would have been allocated 0 shares.
