More likely the major shareholders would prefer the share price to be driven into the ground and thus buy the rest of the company even more cheaply before delisting.

anyone know anything about the new people moving in - lot about them in the rns but are they going to increase medium term value for shareholders, and will this be their main vehicle for uk property development.Disclosure on website of relationship agreement to try and ensure fairplay for minority shareholders is also interesting - looks like either they really do want a uk listed vehicle, or main shareholders were reluctant to sell 100% of holdings at such a big discount to NAV so settled on being a minority and staying for the ride. more questions for the egm - but main one is "when is it' - no date yet!

difficult to understand why after 18 months of digging around and with an oft repeated 42p of nav, the board and major shareholders have agreed to sell 70% at 29.5p Yes, the new people look good and I suppose given the way they have sweet talked themselves into this deal at a big discount to nav, they are smart. i shall stay in for the ride and hope they do better for us than the present incumbents!
The only people to come out of this smiling are the advisers with fees of £750k whilst the rest of us are invited to take a 30% haircut discount to nav. Think again you city guys - we are not all numbskulls to be taken out at the wrong price!
