22/8/2015 14:18 | With a market cap of only circa 30 million the retail trade should be able to (and have) start moving this down. If this gets into a strong downward trend the big money will join in. If this happens we could see 5p over the next 3-6 months. imo and do your own research. | exile
22/8/2015 09:07 | just in case you though incompetency had reached bottom it now seems that, despite their statement to the contrary, the pilot is now prohibited from protecting his aircraft against the storm forecast for the weekend do you really want to invest in this company?!? caring, sharing? pfft! | mmcp42
21/8/2015 21:51 | I've only just registered as I heard about the latest media attention surrounding SHH and the Airport (sounds like they've made a right mess of handling this quietly). After seeing some of the social media talk I did some searching and now wonder if the share price be affected? I found an article where G. Osborne was talking about looking for Aviation solutions to provide transport to a new scheme running locally and it seems that with all this latest media SHH may end up having to reopen the airport or sell it on (probably at a large loss). The article was in the Plymouth Herald yesterday (20-08-15) hxxp://m.plymouthher | bplatty
21/8/2015 21:15 | Given the poor transport links to the a West Country, an airport is not only a viable asset, but a nationally important strategic one. In this context I believe that not only does SHH demonstrate poor strategic planning, but also a very incompetent approach to running an established airport. When the London commuter service stopped, they should have sought a decent provider and given them preferential rates to take over. That is called business development. Even the French at Dinard airport understand that. But SHH have also recently proven themselves to be incredibly poor at public relations as they have generated a huge amount of negativity from their inept approach to the recent precautionary landing at Plymouth. Blocking a plane, refusing take off and stating safety concerns has made them look mean and has also created a huge suspicion that there is something fraudulent about how SHH has managed the closure of Plymouth. In short, sell this stock! | transportuk
21/8/2015 21:05 | SHH have created an absolute debacle by impounding this aircraft and despite the advice of many authorities on the subject have dug their heels in on a bad decision. I would question the abilities of any manager or director who firstly made the decision to detain this aircraft and then could not see the PR nightmare they not only created but sustained. Why hasn't anyone stepped in and resolved the situation? I would shy well away from investing any money with them for as long as their woeful decision makers hold their posts. | fteditor
21/8/2015 20:47 | The board really have dug themselves into a big hole which ultimately could have a very adverse effect on the company. This concerns a pilot who faced an emergency and Sutton, who occupy PLYMOUTH AIRPORT, have done as much as possible to be obstructive and unhelpful. They have a massive problem that could prove a huge financial embarrassment. | jodel fan
21/8/2015 20:40 | show poor corporate behaviour masquerading as safety actions preventing an aircraft that made a commendable precautionary landing due to bad weather now prevented from leaving for no good reason instead of using a perfectly safe runway, they want the plane dismantled and taken out by truck when will someone on the board have the courage to fix this, I wonder? lots of adverse publicity expect share price to fall until this silly issue gets resolved | mmcp42
21/8/2015 17:25 | Likely to be subject of legal action in the near future due to unlawful impounding of an aircraft and interfering with the operation of an aircraft at the site of the former Plymouth Airport. | joebarret |
