01/2/2017 10:20 | They get outside valuers in like every other property company so it is hardly a claim. | trier1
12/1/2017 11:53 | Claimed NAV is only a claim and (imo) needs looking at in detail - Also past history on progress (or lack of it) is not encouraging. OK Tipped as a buy in IC comment on accounts (5th Jan) at touch 24.5/25p so probably now fully valued at 28/30p - Remember any potentai bidder will want to see at least (imo) a 25%+ potentail upside after costs. Very much on the side for the moment. | pugugly
17/12/2016 08:25 | I also hold.Remember,they carry a fair amount of debt. | trewinney
16/12/2016 20:54 | Agree. As there is zero coverage on this stock the 4 of us might have a chance on Monday to grab a bargain? | loafofbread
16/12/2016 18:44 | Indeed. Difficult to see how the public enquiry can recommend an airport now. Should increase the value of the airpport site significantly. Monday might be an interesting morning. | trier1
16/12/2016 17:41 | Well - a step in the right direction loafofbread: hxxp://www.investega | gingerplant
15/12/2016 08:13 | The company might be up for sale but until we know the plan for the airport it will stay in limbo. I think the airport land is on the books at £10M, roughly 25% of our NAV of 40p. If we get the go ahead for re development it is worth substantially more than £10M and the share price should react in kind. Just a waiting game. | loafofbread
11/12/2016 11:18 | A good 'state of play' article regarding the status of the airport hxxp://www.plymouthh | carcosa
27/10/2016 14:16 | Please,Anyone know likely value for leasehold in the Airport? | trewinney

01/8/2016 15:50 | Okay and thanks Bollers | solarno lopez
01/8/2016 15:44 | well I was one of the buys, but have no inside knowledge about a deal (sadly). | bollers
01/8/2016 14:45 | It would be nice to think these buys are a prelude to a deal. We live in hope. | loafofbread
21/4/2016 13:40 | GWMO news coming.Get in early for a multibagger. | apfindley
21/4/2016 12:52 | As someone living very close to the airport site I can tell you the chances of the airport re-opening are virtually zero imho. The Council locally has a very close (some would argue too close) relationship with several property developers including the Chairman of Plymouth Argyle James Brent who are very keen to see the airport developed for housing and retail. As such the Council would be unlikely in the extreme not to back such plans. | devoncop
21/4/2016 12:48 | Yes,Council own site. | trewinney
21/4/2016 12:43 | flyplymouth due to restart the airport within two years but nothing doing so far that was last march | ntv
21/4/2016 12:38 | presume council own the freehold | ntv
21/4/2016 12:35 | They are leaseholders on the airport. | trewinney
21/4/2016 12:27 | airport site valued at £130k per acre seems a bit cheap to me | ntv
21/4/2016 10:02 | (Deleted: Rubbish comment) | carcosa
21/4/2016 09:22 | looking promising and lets not forget the chronic land shortage in Plymouth which has been cited in the accounts and to commissioners who are looking at Plymouth airport for brown field development which has been out of use for sometime Wonder what the land value will be for housing, surely higher than the stated net asset value of 43p per share | solarno lopez |
