US markets are well overbought, I have several Dow shorts from Easter, leave to run, stops in place. I am expecting the Dow to fall back to around 34000 or hopefully to 30000

Unless shareholders want to be locked-in to De-Listed shares then the message is clear



"It is expected that any equity raise would be at a very material discount to the current share price, require shareholder approval of a Rule 9 waiver (as referred in Note 1 of the Notes on Dispensations from Rule 9 of the Code) and it would be conditional on a DE-LISTING of Superdry shares from the London Stock Exchange".
