What would we expect to see share price reach if Tolsa deal is done? 5billion shares in issue!!!

Tolsa have no need to inform us of their intentions until year end,any other information can be classed as not material.Followup would be classed as reportable.Im not the only one told that Tolsa deal was o.k.

THe other way to look at this is that, at a minimum, Tolsa themselves must know the answer - If they have informed PC of this then PC is required to update the market of this, clearly, material information. Given that he's not done that it leaves us with 2 possibilities:
1 - Tolsa genuninely havent updated PC with regards to their intentions
2 - There have been followup discussions and formalisation of an agreement are now in progress

Pistolpete i was told that not many small mining companies will have $1.4 million by turn of year.my issue about more shares being issued you may have answer until it’s done it’s not done.

Only one person can answer that Dave - assuming your intel on Tolsa is correct (and that is a major assumption) then I can only imagine that both sides still require to formalise agreements - and as the old saying goes until it's done it's not done ...

Pistolpete I was told everything was o.k. With Tolsa site and that the deal would be signed off,if so why have we issued more shares against loan when we have the cash in bank.Net Zero are the problem,I’ve told him enough times and he agrees.

It’s almost out of his control now.Tolsa have claims around our site,we can only hope they act in good faith with us.

Yeah that’s what I would do if I was a buyer too. Wait for it to fold then get it cheaper. I don’t know where we go from here. I hope Tolsa buy the whole thing cos PC clearly is more invested in TYM.

I do not believe PC will accept another extension.... They have had 2 years - they have the data, they need to make a call...

Tolsa can offer another extension and wait,we cannot wait and they know.

What are you suggesting Dave? If your Tolsa would u walk away or just buy the whole company out? Meaning a lot of people will loose out of a return

SP probably sit @ 0.02 - 0.03 while Net Zero make their 50%. Then what? We the PI are pretty screwed now, what delights do we have next.

Perhaps the bod of sres should consider allocating some shares to investors for putting up with there inability to deliver value to shareholders since the companies inception
