Posted at 22/7/2024 10:44 by richemondo Thanks Dave - it does seem conservative overall - but probably a good thing!Plenty of upside I think but even that would give c$44m to SRES @ $400 per tonne × 3% or $6m per year at 500k tonnes per year..nice little earner! |
Posted at 15/7/2024 00:03 by irishdave2 Barnaby life of each mine will depend on agreement with Nevada state mining. As for royalties build up of these will result in s.p.moving north. The pozzolan sites,i think will also be done on a royalty basis.Outright sale would tie up a lot of funds for one company ( why should they when they can pay as they use ).The key is making sure 1/2 million ton per year from C.S. site and whatever is agreed from Hazen.this would result in $2-21/2 million per year minimum After agreements sres can sell rights if we wish. |
Posted at 12/7/2024 09:17 by irishdave2 Aviator Crow Spring revenue which you state as coming into play next year,is for the Diatomite only. The real big revenue will come from pozzolan. The only danger that SRES are in at the moment is being tied up with Net Zero,at some point we will need to pay them back in cash only, sooner the better. |
Posted at 11/7/2024 22:47 by irishdave2 Barnaby if tym rns is very positive they will need a lot of cash if they wish to maintain current position with partners.revenue from two Crow Spring sites and Tolsa site will be coming into play on a quicker scale.SRES are in a more advanced position.A merger would spread risk for both sets of shareholders. But rns would need to be good from tym for them to match sres current position,we will be cash rich quite soon now.S.P. Will start moving forwards very soon, news in pipeline on way. |
Posted at 11/7/2024 19:23 by barnaby5 Thanks for update Dave. Is it feasible that sres tym merge. Rns due very soon from Zambia and could he a belter. Or maybe a dud and then no deal |
Posted at 01/7/2024 11:13 by irishdave2 Pete hope you are still available for monitoring loads from our sites, most important position in the future of SRES. |
Posted at 31/5/2024 20:08 by pistolpete100 The way I think about Sres is imagine we had an offer to buy the whole company put in on Monday... don't think that offer would be for £3M which is roughly our current market cap...? |
Posted at 31/5/2024 18:36 by theaviator A share price is only a share price. Tells merely two things..overvalued or undervalued. Sres is undervalued. I remember once somebody saying a share price was like a kite. Catches up in the wind. That wind will come one day. Patience favours the brave. |
Posted at 30/5/2024 11:30 by irishdave2 Best report I’ve ever seen from sres. |
Posted at 29/5/2024 20:55 by pistolpete100 Alternatively if a dea is imminent PC could serve notice that SRES plans to buy back the unconverted notes - however what I don't know is whether in doing so net zero still have the option to convert within that 30 day period - if they do I would expect them to convert on the basis that they would know a dea is coming and as such a corresponding share price rise |
