Posted at 15/12/2024 14:57 by theaviator Us real traders trade options on general markets and commodities not aim shares. In fact Sres my only aim punt. Happy enough with my average too but make no mistake due to recent runnings I will be jumping sooner than most think ;)Now stop being a silly boy and behave yourself! https://ibb.co/ftCJP |
Posted at 15/12/2024 14:38 by yasx Aviator,No, they can’t just buy the Co for a pittance since there is not just one outfit with an interest in sres - Tolsa is interested in one project and four others are interested in CS. Ever heard of competing interests and competitive bidding. |
Posted at 15/12/2024 14:11 by yasx Readers need to be sensible here. Needless to add, at more than five times the current m/c when Aviator was declaring this an undervalued no brainer, the Co was overvalued and I so opined - sunce then I have been proven right. However, now the pendulum has swung too far in the opposite direction especially given the progress in the second half of this year - we have seen early promising results from reese ridge, ongoing discussions with four separate groups for Hazen/CS any of which could prove transformational, receipt of remnants due from Dicalite ($75k) while retaining a royalty and optimistic results from GMR’s project in which SRES have an interest. All this on offer at a paltry m/c - throw in the near term catalyst of Tolsa US and we potentially have a deal there that by itself essentially accounts for the current m/c if it proceeds ($1.4M plus 3pc royalty). Remarkably the deluded former bulls on here like Aviator and his band of plums bought here at 5-10 times the current price when the Co was at a very early stage with limited hope for success on any front. Just as things are coning together, and with the shares at a tiny fraction of what they paid, they have decided they have had enough. Fools and their money and all that. Now that they have capitulated, I will sell mine back to them at over 0.1 in due course- they will be buyers then since that is how these clowns go about their business. It costs to be stupid - the more stupid you are, the more it costs. |
Posted at 14/12/2024 12:59 by theaviator Ps Sure could be catastrophic and you have a think why.... In business things can change regardless of potential (unfortunate) and it is now all down to the right news flow in the right order.Sres is a minnow with much potential but now in an extreme risk category of being usurped. Please refer to your mergers and acquisitions manual and rules! |
Posted at 14/12/2024 12:32 by theaviator As said, you couldn't afford me or the knowledge, studies and algos I have brought to the table for many investment houses over the years. You're v typical of the types that work within the industry trained in a certain way who wouldn't stand a week trading with 100k or self investing.Sres is my only punt on aim that is a VERY small part of my portfolio and I am only in with free carry money from permit spike. I like the business but it has been ridiculously slow and my own concerns have been aired. Should I lose it I wouldn't bat an eyelid! Yes boy, I was here before you were in nappies! |
Posted at 14/12/2024 12:20 by yasx 1Wager,You might want an RNS from sres confirming the Tolsa deal this week but Sres can’t confirm a deal unless the counter party offers one. You know tge deadline date so you will get an announcement prior to or around that time. There are three possible outcomes: deal, extension or possible deal off. I would be delighted with the first, fine with the second but very disappointed with the third. Time will tell. However, readers need to bear in mind Tolsa is just an arrow in the sres quiver. There are other assets to consider |
Posted at 14/12/2024 12:19 by 1wager Yas x I would much prefer to hear your thoughts on the next few months for Sres. I’ve been here a long time and recall a lot that people have said but we are here for one thing. Let’s focus on that. People have been personal with me on here for calling out the disastrous last few years |
Posted at 13/12/2024 22:35 by yasx Fire,Not really - and even if they were to think that, I would care not one jot. Back to SRES - an announcement due within the next fortnight. A deal completed would be a great result but even an extension with some additional cash would be useful. Incidentally, some weeks ago (with Sres at around 0.1 or so) a reader asked me for an alternative to sres since I was bearish on the Co at the time given I was expecting no short term positive neesflow. I suggested readers research apta at 0.21p. It currently sits at 0.39p. One can either listen to aviator and his vibrations - or consider investing a serious affair I do the latter. |
Posted at 12/12/2024 14:04 by fire2480 The other directors clearly have no support for the activities of sres . Beggars belief that only Patrick has bought on the open market . Yes they have many directorships according to companies house however a further question must be asked . How much do they belive in sres ? How much time do these directors contribute to those activities given the amount of pies they've got fingers in . |
