Moriison,

I did attend his seminars - he tapped his tuning fork, rubbed the crystal vall and advised listeners to hoover up as much sres as possible at 0.25p.

At the subsequent seminar the shares had collapsed to 0.14 - he tapped the tuning fork and told everyone things were on track and to buy yet more.

He continued the same theme at every seminar until the shares collapsed to 0.01 - he declared he had lost hope.

Hope that clarifies matters. Chuckle chuckle.

Dave and Aviator - a real comedy show.

On a serious note, I don’t know if the nephew actually exists or not, but it is slightly concerning that we have two adults that cone up with these ludicrous descriptions of giving seminars to JPM or the nephew witnessing deals being crystallised and so on. The worrying part is they actually believe this is all happening.

Aviator stated one morning he had just made 10M shorting the SPX that morning - at the time he was also frantically panicking about losses he was sustaining on a sub 3pc position of a one million m/c sres!

You could not make it up - and I conclude that both Dave a d Aviator actually believe some of the wild , outlandish claims they advance. A rather sad state of affairs.

It is not up to PC - it may not have occured to you but Tolsa pulled the plug and told Sres to ‘Tolsa off’ - despite you and Dave thinking to the contrary, they are not coming back. They did not like the lack of uniformity between holes tested.

PC is in a bind and needs funds to keep sres going (see the GC statement) - he is in no position to dictate to anyone.

You need to learn the basics about financial metrics.

Dave,

Every transaction has two parties - willing buyer and seller, the price varying according to demand/supply.

Sres continues to fall, indicating insufficient demand.

The shares bought don’t fall off a magic share tree - the supply comes from a counter party, even if that is a conduit such as MM etc.

Dave,

I have no investment here - my view is impartial and I cautioned readers about the laughable assertions advanced by you and Aviator from 0.25p. all the way down.

I did take a very short term punt at 0.04 in anticipation of sentiment re Tolsa making an offer prior to the end of Dec - and described it as the prospect of a dead cat bounce since I never viewed sres as an investment - I promptly sold at 0.03 as Tolsa agreement was terminated, as I declared at the time.

Both you and Aviator remained invested and would be lucky to get 0.01 if you now attempted to offload

There id a possibility that pilot and ID may be the same person - one side of the personality talks of offerng strategic input to the largest invesyment banks in the world despite being unable to read and write, the other side purports to know the minutiae of whatviscgoing on behind the scenes at sres.

Very odd behaviour, but there we are.

Pp,

Dave has a penchant for pretending his is privy to material information not in the public domain - two years of calls of imminent transfomational announcements and contracts his nephew had witnessed all amounted to nothing. Of course the reality is all the spurious claims are and always have been a figment of his imagination. The worrying aspect is I sense he actually believes what he writes!

I think he needs help - that is the only thing he has in common with sres.

The round sales continued last week and the share share price has now fallen as predicted from 0.024p-0.017p in the seven weeks since conversion of 270,000,000 CLN shares at 0.010p. No guesses required for where those round sales are coming from. Liquidity so bad that they are not even half way to selling those shares...

Once they have disposed of this chunk, they still have another 1,230,000,000 to convert also at 0.010p.
Tosla? no the demise and scene for this capitulation began and was set in motion a long time ago...

The demise in reality was set with the 3 RNS previously highlighted
RNS 5th June 2023 =sell... Amended the terms of CLNS = vulnerability if the ord price changes, previously they were locked at a fixed price 10x the eventual price... Shareholders could have sold at 0.09p...
RNS 7th November 2023 low and behold the company propose 5 months later SRES sub division of share capital now means those CLNS could be issued at one tenth of previously arranged price... If your not out already = run for the exit share price 0.065p
RNS 22nd November 2023 result of meeting. Approval = sell.

Bid at one million! Who is the likely bidder? There are no other bidders since Sres in effect granted Tolsa exclusivity for the past couple of years in anticipatiom of a bid that never materialised.

Even if he has since managed to initiate ACTIVE discussions with others (unlikely) there have been no formal expressions of interest and nor is that likely.

You seem to be forgetting that by their own admission sres need to raise funds by issuing equity. With the shares at an all time low of 0.02 that is incredibly difficult and wipes out current holders. Those of your ilk who were buying at 0.25 have already been wiped out.

One can hardly take seriously your view on sres given your woeful track record.

Barnaby,

There is a difference - I have always recognised sres as being a company that will almost undoubtedly hit the wall at some point and have set out the basis for that view months ago. I did however take a modest punt at around 0.04 in anticipation of bounce on news of a deal with Tolsa. The latter did not materialise and having only held for a few weeks I took steps to offload from 0.03-0.0375p. The loss both in monetary terms and opportunity cost is not significant.

You on the other hand have been invested for years thinking this is a robust investment from which you will reap rewards. You have piled in at over 1p and have been all but wiped out with no prospect of the shares ever getting to those lofty heights again. Cheered on by the tuning fork (hereinafter ‘TF’) you thought nothing could go wrong. Even now you have the blinkers on thinking you will see the shares at their previous highs. You claim you and others are long term holders as though that is something to be proud of - pull up the ten yesr chart and see what sres holders have to shout about other than losses. Did you not at any stage question that this might not a wise investment? Rhetorical question by the way.

The idea should be for investors to have a portfolio comprised mainly of largecaps with good asset bavking, cashflow, low debt and paying a dividend with a lesser fraction weighted to more speculative plays. Things like sres are microcap high risk tiddlers that should represent no more than a very tiny fraction of a portfolio.

That you and TF put all your eggs, effort and resource into this tiny tiddler thinking it a safe investment tells me all I need to know. He is having dreams about giving srminars to JP Morgan while you dream of making your losses back. But each day the alarm goes off and you both wake up to the nightmare that is sres. Chuckle chuckle.
