Yes Pete Tolsa would be silly paying $1.4 million for Tolsa site only.

Almost at the point now where the tolsa deal (if it comes off) will be equal - or greater than our market cap...

All you've got to do is pick up the phone rather than driving yourself bonkers! He WILL answer.

Had the weekend to mull over the net zero allocation. Do we think PC had relied on the diatomite BLM mine plan submission for the further $75,000 to fund!? It’s been 6 months since this RNS and we were told we could start seeing a return within 12 months. Another presumptuous statement! Let’s see what the next 5 weeks holds. I hope he has an ace up his sleeeve

Sorry wager, I meant all other projects with cs and tosla. Even haven to proceed to get permit. He shouldn’t do anything with Reese ridge , with funds so low. Once Tosla money in then go for Reese ridge. M Pc really need to shut up shop and work on cs and tosja. By putting cs on back burner since end of June is not the way forward. I applaud pc for his further investments but is it about time the directors stop taking a free ride and invest their own cash. Markets might look positive on this.

S now white deposit was purchased In 2014 by pocco. You got to remember 10 years ago plenty of fly ash from coal fired power stations . Move on 20w4 hardly any coal fired power and fly ash deposits are depleting. Hence demand pozz

Does any user on this board no of Snow White is mine ready and on the caltrans list? My guess would be not because they have never been mentioned as a major player in the market. Could they have been involved with PC as one of the interested parties and had to look elsewhere due to PC going into advanced talks with others! Here is to hoping

Unsure of their latest haven't kept up to speed on them but you now know what I always stated that ours was quick by industry standards and re Tosla this is all normal protocol re time lines.... Yes indeed re Caltrans! This was never going to be a quick project by most aim punt investor's terms but a solid one.Just a shame he messed up so badly with NZ. I came back too early hoping news on a potential deal then he never released who he was talking to.... Heyho it is what it is. Written them off now and if they come good they come good but not a penny more from me going in here.

Please talk net Dave or it generally confuses folk. All details on website with estimated tonnage. If anyone wants an updated net I can redo. I agree re royalties no doubt...CS the problem is transport and always was - that's the caveat there but still viable.

If Snow White need to do all there testing and apply for a permit then we are still in the driving seat. We are on the caltrans list already.

I never said $4-5 billion for us the figure is a gross valuation, whatever we get as a royalty will be very considerable.Snow white site no comparison time wise or demand at time of deal.

Aviator just read the link. Should this not be a concern of ours to have a pozz mine opened up on the door step. The last RNS we had on CS was all to do with out potential markets aover 12 months ago! California was one of the targets. I couldn’t quite see of it’s a mine ready site?

Link below. Admittedly over 10 years ago and you would be looking at many times that amount now but this is reality not talking billions. This is a distraction. We are after all an explorer not a producer. If we wanted our own plant you'd be talking 15mil plus today...That isn't realistic at the moment nor ever likely! However we do have multiple sites and if he gets fingers out there is absolutely potential to change things around and that is why I remain invested BUT I'm not looking at silly valuations.https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/poco-signs-assignment-of-purchase-agreement-for-the-snow-white-pozzolan-mine-in-southern-california-300002943.html
