Am all for being positive as a former largish investor and still a considerable investment but Patrick has to see the reality quick smart or it will be too late.As for metals - total waste of energy. These cost millions to develop. How many projects are already shelved with no love? This company is ALL about industrials and HAS to be now.Royalties are good but let's see some income....I have utter respect and admiration for Patrick and his vision but he truly needs to be carefully guided here now imvho..

Nowhere near 4-5billion for us. Check what snow white was sold for and some reality. Sorry Dave and I am bullish on the product and the potential but if PC doesn't get rid of these clowns you will never see a valuation reflected in the share price

TYM are the parent company. Lots of activity on their side. I’m hoping their drilling start in Nevada means PC is out there and doing business on behalf of us. Kill 2 birds with one stone.

Everyone down a little at present,but we must never forget what we have.P.C. stated a while back that Crow Spring site held $2 billion gross in perlite/pozzolan,this was a very conservative valuation.Both C.S.and Hazen together hold at least $4-5billion.this sort of value is even for cement manufacturers very large and a big commitment.just a small royalty per ton will send share price Through the roof.

I remember someone say that he wants to get the project across the line for his ego as opposed to make him self richer. It looks like that's all he's worried about. He's ignoring the thing that's important to the share holders. So he's not fussed about the share price

Showing his true colours now . So shareholders have been shafted again on his incompetence in securing funding that should of not gone this way . Totally dismayed at his utter contempt for investors .
